You really should get a Meater
Anybody who cooks meat, particularly the larger cuts or joints, should get a Meater. Have tried it with Loin of Pork, whole Chicken and rump steak on a Cobb BBQ with brilliant results each time. Also a pork fillet in a fan oven - cooking time was much shorter than specified in the recipe, and again with perfect results. Takes all the guess work out of meat cookery
