I had an issue of my own making with some items I purchased at Phase Eight, without going into the long details.

I have used their 'Chat' service in the past which is very good. I went into the Cheltenham Store on the Promenade where Louise helped me and I too had to speak to Head Office where Nikandras assisted me.

Everything of my own making was resolved, even though technically, they could have said this was not their issue.

So thank you!
