Turned up, eventually, did the job perfectly well and went away again. Still waiting for the promised quote for works identified as needing to be done during the camera down the drains survey

The 12 hour wait between test and…

The 12 hour wait between test and result for a 06.00 am flight to the US next day was one of the most stressful periods of time in my long life.
Testing staff were brilliant, quick and ultra efficient. Actual lab work and admin not so much
Need to consider quality of service in return for the 79 quid!

Hi there, we can understand how frustrating it is awaiting the return of results. For Same Day Resulting PCR tests we aim to deliver results by midnight the day the test is conducted. I can see from our records your test was conducted at 8.03am and the results available by 8.21pm, well within the given timeframe. We are sorry that you feel that your results came later than expected. We do have a faster resulting option of 4 hours at selected sites, please do visit our website for further information. All the items are up to the usual high standard of Cotton Traders and I have to admit the Guinness boxers are a particular favourite
