Diana is very helpful for often the wine I buy from the Sunday Times is for a present and her specialist knowledge amazes me.
One year I wanted to know which gin she would recommend for a lady relative who liked cocktails with a citrus twist and it was very much appreciated. I grow my own grapes from old vines both white and red which I use to garnish food and though I do not make wine personally I always like to know the background of the vineyard. For about 40 years I have bought wine from the Sunday Times usually as a weekend treat or to celebrate an event.
So I can vouch from experience when I say my wine advisor has been incredibly helpful and the Times consistently good on deliveries and quality.

I have received replacement cucumber plants but I was very worried if they would arrive at all.
Also I ordered blackcurrant bushes but they are going to be delivered later than promised.
This was explained as a stock problem but they are sending them in August.
I decided to leave the order rather than ask for a refund but I am very surprised as I think the length of time I have been dealing with this company like many other customers runs into a couple of decades at least.
Last year all was well my only concern last year was that my plants were a little leggy but let us hope that this is only a hiccup in their pc system.
I am happier now but I was rather fed up with lack of information along the way.

Being happy with the wine I buy is important to me. The Times Wine Club provide me with the wines I like plus extra information on new wines that I wish to serve at family events.
