My parcel has gone missing

My parcel has gone missing, according to the picture that the supplier sent me the driver left the parcel in the yard of the block of flats, I was home all day, nobody rang the bell for me to open the communal door for them to bring the parcel to my flat, they just tossed in the open yard, which is disappointing as I have a disability and it's very difficult for me to go round the block and knock on neighbours doors to see if anyone took my parcel in , very dissatisfied
