Extremely annoyed

I ordered the Ora Kiely bath robe/ coat, which apparently is for outdoor wear as well, nowhere on the website were there measurements for this item, I spoke with the chatbot, which was useless, I finally was put through to a human being, she gave me an armpit to armpit measurement which didnt sound right at all, after some thought she said she would get back to me. The jacket was described as one size.

She never did make further contact, so I ordered the jacket which was a big mistake, it was not just huge it was gigantic, a complete waste of time and money, I had to pay for return postage, I wish I hadnt ordered it, still waiting for refund. Annoying website that doesnt supply all the information needed to make a sensible purchase. Maybe they do it on purpose so people purchase the jacket, due to the size of it, it must make a hard sell.

This style was designed as a changing robe for outdoor swimming, and as such the fit is deliberately oversized to allow for changing clothing underneath. I completely understand how disappointing it must have been that this was not made clearer on the website and that sizing information was difficult to locate. I will ensure your feedback is passed on so that we can improve the product information we provide going forward.

I can see that your order has already been refunded, and on this occasion I have also issued a refund for the delivery and returns costs. These funds should appear back in your account within 3 working days.
