Went on the website and saw that the tracksuit my son wanted to wasn’t currently in stock and I could only preorder I sent them a DM on insta asking if I ordered will it come on time and they had one last of the same size and colour available informed me to order quickly and they’ll send asap I did and it came the next day! Amazing service and quick responses! Pleased

Purchased a curly drawstring ponytail…

Purchased a curly drawstring ponytail hair is in horrible condition very dry and matted very dry since purchased got asked to purchase a mousse to help it and it did nothing! Very expensive and I believe hair is synthetic also! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Disgusting Service

I have been waiting for my order for over a week bearing in mind I payed for next day delivery, I’ve received NO PARCEL and NO RESPONSE from plt when emailing them, the tracking isn’t updating and neither is plt updating me with what’s going, I am appalled and disgusted with this service so much lack of communication for a well known online boutique

UNHAPPY DISGUSTED CUSTOMER

DISGUSTED with the service I’ve received so far I have been waiting over two months for my carpet to be fitted I’ve taken days of work, missed events etc just to continuously get cancelled on and nobody answers the phone or even calls to rectify the issue, today I have sat down all day waiting for the fitter and nobody has shown the store is meant to call me and nobody has called me back, I can’t move into my place due to this negligence and inconvenience I’m disgusted definitely WOULDN'T recommend this company nor will I ever use them again

DISHONEST COMPANY!

I am DISGUSTED with the service I have received I purchased some items didn’t like some and sent some back and they they gave me a couple partial refunds and didn’t refund me for the other returned items, I got in contact with them and all they kept telling me was they done it which was a lie I contacted my bank and my Paypal account regarding this and no refund was made on the last items when I asked them to show proof of refund they just continued to ignore my emails, I opened up a Paypal dispute and have been reassured by them that they will deal with this for me and I will receive the remainder that I’m owed, IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM THIS SITE PLEASE USE PAYPAL TO PAY BECAUSE IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG YOU WILL HAVE A BACK UP TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK & always keep you’re receipts. This dishonest situation has really put me off ordering from pretty little thing again tbh
