Disgusting Service

I have been waiting for my order for over a week bearing in mind I payed for next day delivery, I’ve received NO PARCEL and NO RESPONSE from plt when emailing them, the tracking isn’t updating and neither is plt updating me with what’s going, I am appalled and disgusted with this service so much lack of communication for a well known online boutique
