Just had my 12 months review at The HairDr after having a hair transplant there . Firstly the staff are so friendly and welcoming and certainly look after you in every way they can . I’m really pleased so far with how my transplant has gone it looks amazing . These guys really are very professional and I would highly recommend them if you are thinking of having a hair transplant done . Through my journey so far they’ve always answered any questions I’ve asked more or less instantly and are always happy to help.

Reoccurring issue with them delivering food boxes , no good being delivered after 10pm at night !!!! Very poor service never leave them in nominated safe place , just leave them on front door step for all and sundry to see !!!

Very good quality furniture. From purchasing to delivery was very quick indeed . Just didn’t seem to be any communication about when it was going to be delivered which led to the item having to be left at the back door because no one was at home .

It’s been a big rollercoaster ride buying my new home from Barratts lots of ups and downs along the journey but when I walked into my new home today it’s been worth every minute of the wait . The finish of the house is outstanding and the attention to detail is perfect . The sales team were always there to help if any problem came up and it was always quickly resolved . The construction side of the new build were just as equal offering advice and notifying me how the build was going at various stages it made me feel a big part of the whole experience.
Thanks to all involved in building my new home !!!!!

Five stars all the way the staff at Barratts sales team were fantastic. Helped me through every step of the way of reserving my new home with them . Explained everything in detail and if I wasn’t quite sure they explained again !!!!
