sorted out my stolen order

My delivery only had one tiny box of screws when there was supposed to be approx 13. I was very upset and was thinking I was scammed. the company did replace these very proptly and i was harsh with them. although I never found out who stole them I tried but ask DPD but they refused to talk to me as I didn't send them .

received one small box of screws in large box when there was supposed to be 32 boxes approx with diffrent size's. unfortunately my wife didn't know it would be heavy. previously complained about driver leaving stuff outside behind bin.NOW MY STUFF GOES MISSING!!! MMM. THE DRIVER MUST HAVE KNOWN . DPD GIVE ME MY GOODS

was this the same driver who left my parcel behind my bin on bin day outside on the street

Cumbernauld Boots Optician Shop Is a…

Cumbernauld Boots Optician Shop Is a midden and provide cardboard box glasses case.

You can purchase 2 pairs of reading glasses for £15 online if you send a prescription or a few pounds of a stand So when Two pairs cost you £120 pounds you don not expect to be given a cardboard box glasses case. The case's are cardboard with a waterproof covering. When I asked for a real case i was told unfortunately this is all they can do.


To Be fair.

Andrew got back to me extremely Quickly and told staff to offer me hard cases I accepted one of them as I only needed one. The reason being when I first refused I went to a competitor asking to purchase a case and the competitor gave me a case.

As for the decor To be fair North Lanarkshire Council is going to pull it down So you wouldn't want to spend too much Money refitting the shop.

In Summary
I really don't Know why The staff just couldn't offer another more Substantial Glasses Case.

AS FOR BOOTS PLC

THEY MAY BELIEVE THE BOOTS RANGE OF GLASSES ARE THE BOOTOM RANGE AND NOT WORTH A DECENT GLASSES CASE BUT AT 800 % YES EIGHT HUNDRENDED PERCENT MARK UP.
SHOPPING IN BOOTS IS PAYING PRIEMIUM PRICES AND THEY CAN ALSO KEEP THIER STUPID AMERICAN LOYALTY CARD .. !!!!

STOP USING GREEN ISSUES OR BREXIT FOR CHEAP MAKE MORE MONEY IN PROFFIT TACTICS !!! PLEASE DO CONTACT ME . BOOTS PLC

OFFERED BETTER DEAL TURNED OUT WORSE …

virgin offered me a deal for a deal with 14 day cooling of period so when I found out that they down graded my broad band speed I wanted back on my old contract . But I have just found out they have increased my bill and put me on a 18 month contract Since o2 habe took over they are robbing ×÷÷÷÷÷ I will cancell the full package I might just keep broadband we will see

I spent over 4 hours sorting my email with a lady from Bangladesh between my scottish accent and her English it was grim. I phoned virgin who have said that the cost and my time left in the contract have been sorted but just don't show on my bill we will see . I am of am age were you were provided with a service But now everyone is out to get your money and as soon as they have you signed up tough . A COMMUNICATION COMPANY THAT CANT COMMUNICATE. THERE'S IRONONARY .

LV Liverpool Victoria ANY EXCUSE Won't pay out for a £200 pound claim They wont pay out for 200 thousand pound claim

claim was for two damaged end panels on unit built around boiler. My excess is £500 pound the claim would have probably been a couple of hundred pounds at most by the time i paid this. Home care said that the shower seals appeared to be problematic And nothing to do with the water over flowing and coming out my light or the stain caused by water damage in the boiler cupboard .

THANK GOODNESS THIS WAS NOT A FIFTY THOUSAND POUND CLAIM.
In all honesty i went through my insures for two reasons i didn't want to deal with a tradesman and i wanted to see how my Liverpool Victoria would treat me.

AND THIS IS ONLY ONE DIRECTOR



BUT IF YOU HAVE FOLLOW THESE STEPS

CIGA IS THER TO PROTECT THE COMPANIES NOT YOU

First they will try and flob you off

FIRST STEP CONTACT THE INSTALLER

THEN CIGA

THEN ON THIER SITE THEIR IS A TEMPLATE SUBJECT ACCESS REQUEST FORM


THEN YOU NEED A FORM FROM THEM ITS CALLED. THE INDEPENDENT ARBITRATION PROCESS

when you contact them that costs £100


unfortunately I felt pressured into getting cavity wall insulation installed there was no survey carried out and the certificate promised was never received to mention a few things . I HAVE HAD problems with the roof for years and I got a new roof and which is full of black mold due to lack of air flow here is what CIGA are doing to put me off . NO matter how many times I ask them for information ie The Ombusmsn trade organisation they ignore that but keep saying not our problem THE BEST THING TO DO IS NOT GET CAVITY WALL INSULATION. IF I CAN WIRK OUT HOW TO DO IT I WILL PUT UP THE VIDEO OF WHAT THIS HAS DONE TO MY NEW ROOF . But here is my fight with them

CIGA IS there to protect their members not the suckers who got the insulation insulation installed here are what they are saying

as they have had no record of correspondence reporting similar concerns in the interim 21 years . they are not going to honour the 25 year old warrenty


You need to go through Cegi to get to IADP. THE INDEPENDENT ARBITRATION DISPUTE PROCESS. which charges £100 they do everything to put you off but I will let you know the next step with these.


I made a mistake with the date of the installation due to person problems now ciga have decided had thus removed and re installed

The install covered by the Guarantee was installed in 2002. In 2012 the property was extracted and reinstalled without notification to us or a new guarantee being put in place for us to guarantee the work done. Due to this the original Guarantee was invalidated.

Price is matched with the quality

I have bought from this company twice the first time a gentleman I think his name was Paul helped me over the phone we were trying to size a dog jacket very difficult over the phone . I find the quality products matched the price I payed . I find you pay a little extra BUT YOU GET THE SERVICE. for me I am happy to pay a little more for quality service .

I wish that thier were more companies with customer service like this.

8 months on 7 days off work I am still arguing with oakland furniture ( I received last piece about 2 weeks ago ) every time they have taken away the fultiy furniture it's burned WHAT A WASTE . when buying please follow these rules

take delivery service

get furniture on a Friday that way ypu have all weekend to inspect your purchase

the furniture drawers and doors should have a 2.5 mm parallel gap around them

check that tje sides are not warped it will only get worse .

look for cracks they only get worse

stand back and look at the finish from a distance

look for machine burns on the wood

look for planner marks and dips on the wood.

run your hands on the wood

oak is famous for not having knots look to see how many is on it some come with more knots than pine .

construction of furniture
PS the furniture legs are small bits of wood glued together and an 2 mm oak wrap around . turn unit upside down and look at legs

the top is scap bits of wood glued together

thier rules you have 24 hours to reject your order SO BUY ON FRIDAY GIVES YOU THE WEEKEND.

damages to your walls they dock the delivery men AND STATE THAT YOU HAVE TWO WEEKS TO CONTACT THEM

To be fair it did turn up eventually. the firs one was the 26th and the second was the 30th NOV it was the bank teller that got it wrong my order number is OFL-861480.

v12 fiance refused to help

v12 fiance supplied the money when I bought furniture from oakland . I have had 8 deliveries 7 days of work 8 months later I am still arguing with oakland and v12 fiance have stated its nothing to do with them. this will probably end up in court with both them .

we subsidace french gas bills

won't or can't move my gas meter 12 inches or 30 cm but they keep harassing me to get smart meter . EDF can't fix my login details but seem to find time to harras me about smart meter but EDF can't get staff that speak English. But EDF take 4 billion pounds loss not charging french extra for gas but rake in profits put of scotland who produce the bloody stuff and sell it to France at cost who then charge it back to us at 8 times the price . its great being british. we would have been beter off loosing the war with them ...

EDF got back to me and spent all morning texting me after 6 hours texting me my account still isn't working after 19 months and I was told to contact scotia gas to move my meter scotia gas said it was nothing to do with them so after another 6 hours of my life I am still in the exact same place but hay they did get back to me

SGN £700 , move metre 12 inches it's fleecing the poor

I asked SGN. ( scottish gas network) to move my gas meter approx 35 cm or 14 inches they quoted £494 which is bad enough but then I found out I have to pay for the old meter to be attached another £100 and then I found out I have to pay another £100 for them to attach my gas heating pipe so in totall £700. for cutting 2 pipes and reattaching them ( moving a meter 12 inches ) . disgusting SGN laughing all the way to the bank

at nearly £200 pound a tyre I expect more

I have bout 2 michelin crossclimate 2. 225x60xr18. I checked the tread depth it was approx 7 mm new and I bought falken allweather for my other car and found the tyre depth to be approx 8. now when you take away 1.6 legal limit or the recommended limit of 3mm 1 mm is a lot the michelin also has a raggy finish the rubber isn't cleanly cut off
