We were meet with kindness and gentleness and understanding when we went to sort out funeral arrangements for my mum
Bev sorted out everything for me and phoned often to check on how we were doing
On the day of the funeral the men respected my family’s idea of being all 6 pallbearers and walked alongside them on the way in to the crematorium just in case of any difficulties.

Excellent service. Order placed, kept informed on delivery and arrived as advised. Bike easy to assemble and very happy with it.

We visited the Reading store and were greeted with a 'good morning, if you have any questions please ask and I'll be happy to help,'
We were then left to wander around freely, try out various sofas and then left without being hassled. After visiting another store nearby we returned and were again left to our devices until we needed to ask some questions.
Ali was excellent and we left pretty certain we now knew what we wanted but needed to double check back home. Returned the following week and placed an order.
What an absolute pleasure to be able to just look freely without being followed around or otherwise hassled.

Unfortunately there was some damage when I opened the box but the response was A1 and a replacement part was fitted within the week. To me this reflects very well on the Company.

Very easy to assemble although the 25 mins est is probably a bit light and would allow an hour minimum.

I’m very pleased with the machine and after a weeks use am starting to better understand it. - and me.

More than happy to recommend this rowing machine as excellent value for money.
