We visited the Reading store and were greeted with a 'good morning, if you have any questions please ask and I'll be happy to help,'
We were then left to wander around freely, try out various sofas and then left without being hassled. After visiting another store nearby we returned and were again left to our devices until we needed to ask some questions.
Ali was excellent and we left pretty certain we now knew what we wanted but needed to double check back home. Returned the following week and placed an order.
What an absolute pleasure to be able to just look freely without being followed around or otherwise hassled.
