Sheer nonsense, Not using it ever again.

I received a notification that my package would be delivered in 30 minutes, followed by another SMS that delivery won’t happen today.

When I checked the status on their website, it said, “Delivery attempt failed because the main gate was locked.” How absurd; I live in an apartment where the hallway entrance is always open. Sheer nonsense, I am not going to use this service ever again.

Swift Response & Wonderful Experience...

The operator was kind enough to answer all my queries patiently in English :)
I was so relieved and happy with the knowledge and the way queries were handled by the agent - Cecilie.

I have not made a claim yet but from this experience, I would say, I am in safe hands :)

Delayed Delivery order # 103254

Delayed Delivery & Less supportive Customer Care.

Delivery was delayed by 5 days and Bamion customer representative suggested me to contact their logistics partner when I asked for the reason for delay. Not fair.

"Hi,

It's not us you need-to-contact, it's GLS it's sina fault if they wrote to you it's delayed, but we are very sorry det er delayed - I have a number to you here: XXXXXXXX GLS

**** Ok Experience

They have a wide variety at competitive prices.
Offers are also very compelling. Quick delivery and surprise gifts.
Have taken off one star as the delivery person was pressing the bell so hard, as if he is in a hurry. When we asked him why, he said he was unsure, if it is working :) though it was annoying :( but my overall experience is better than other service providers.

Good Customer Handling @ POWER

Among the the two biggest electronic giants in Copenhagen, I prefer POWER most of the time as they strive to be the best and always come up with the best offers for their customers. If something is not in stock they’ll order it direct to your home address. I visit POWER Herlev, most of the time.

I had the worst experience dealing with two of their arrogant associates Asha Pathania and Venkata Ramana Reddy Bora.

They made me pay the full amount on the pretext that I will be granted lifetime access to the latest content always.

But after making the payment they took a U-turn and are now telling me that it would be limited period access.

Now when I am asking for a refund they are saying that their job was to sell the course and I must contact the relevant department/team for after sales support.

The support team is unreachable and 24X7 support makes me wait infinitely.

They say: "We have processed your order will be shipped and delivered as agreed. Stock items will normally be shipped the same or next business day."

Before ordering, I thoroughly checked if the items are in stock and they were.

It's been 5 days and I haven't received shipping details.
No email response from customer service. No tracking details in the profile.

Our supplier had only 1 pcs. ”Belkin Rockstar headphone” on stock when you order and this was also shown under stock availability and the last one were sold to another customer just before your order came in but we just had it delivered from our supplier today so you order is now packaged and on its way to you.

I’m sorry for this delay and that you also had to suffer from closed national holiday Thursday and that we also had closed Friday as most other companies.
Also with this review you have reminded us to change the text on our order confirmation so its the same as what we inform as delivery time on our shop under "delivery terms"

While ordering through portal, it was showing all item are in stock and will be shipped in 1-2 days. It's been 10 days since I have ordered and I have not received any response when my order will be shipped.

I would not recommend and would not shop from there again :(

And the service we are providing at the moment is way under what you should expect from us.

We are working on a solution where our shop doesn't show our old stock, as this is our main problem.

That should be fixed in a few hours.

I do hope, that you will come back another time, as we then can show that this level of service is way under our goal!

It was my first order (#100033330) with them and they completely screwed it.

1. I ordered a white marble and they sent me a green marble piece.
2. When the replacement arrived, to my surprise, it was completely broken.
3. I am constantly following up with them but to satisfactory response from anyone.
4. It's been 20 days but still I have no clue where is my order and when to expect it.
5. I have asked for a refund but have not been assured anything.

I am definitely not shopping with them ever again :(

Finally, after 21 days my shipment arrived as expected. I have rewarded two more starts because Kenneth was super kind and helped alot.
