I appreciate trust pilots help in helping myself give thanks were it’s very due, to for example on this occasion Williams/Denise and her colleagues who have also helped me making the rifght decisions.

I telephoned Williams supplies today and ordered some items, the Lady I had assistance from was called Denise. I can’t praise her more in that she was very helpful an a really pleasant lady to help me through my purchase. I have no hesitation in making future purchasing from WMS and recommending to anyone I know to do the same.

I didn’t SIGN up to them , yet I was hit with money payments I had NOT agreed to join. Only agreed to receive information.
I was under the impression I would receive an invitation , nothing more.
Therefore JML has lost a regular customer for this poor service.
Note, I’m angry because this purchase cost me £29.99. I had to desperately contact my C/C-Bank to stop further payments. These were to FROOGUL. Still no refund to date.

All went through from purchase, payment and delivery.

outstanding people 3 X staff members helped, Listened, they did provide a service Royal Mail should be proud of assist me and i am very grateful.
to note RM were blamed by an online provider who said their fault not ours. I had to take the word of someone who did not seem in the least interested in my Grievance regarding my item left on my open doorstep from my neighbour rather than where i requested.

i purchaed item & paid for it with p&p extra.
I asked specifically for item if i’m NOT in to be left at the back of MY property through iron gapped gate &!Not to be left with Neighbours.
When i came home neighbour put parcel on my door step.
Rather than fall out with people who do stupid things like this (neighbour), ask people you purchased from for this NOT to happen again.

When telephoning, Their reply was -NOT our fault, Royal Mail did this.
