I am rating Royal Mail Customerservice,
outstanding people 3 X staff members helped, Listened, they did provide a service Royal Mail should be proud of assist me and i am very grateful.
to note RM were blamed by an online provider who said their fault not ours. I had to take the word of someone who did not seem in the least interested in my Grievance regarding my item left on my open doorstep from my neighbour rather than where i requested.
