Excellent Customer Service!

I placed my first order with Pour Moi yesterday. This morning I discovered that they had sent me an email with a promotional code giving me 10% off my first order, which had gone into my junk email. I contacted them on live chat(very easy) and the customer service agent(Sam) said absolutely they would apply the discount and refund me the difference. The refund arrived while I was still saying thank you! Now that’s what you call customer service. Hopefully what I ordered will turn out to be great too. Always reassuring when the first contact you have with a company is this good. Very impressed.

Most dreadful experience and not over…

Most dreadful experience and not over yet!
I ordered four dresses from Debenhams in early July. I never got a confirmation email, so had no idea if or when the order was coming. I tried getting in touch…whatsapp went round in circles repeating the same thing: check junk mail, it can take up to 24hrs for email to arrive(even five days later!). Order did turn up about eight days later.
Sadly, I had to return three of the items. I used the returns portal, paid £1.99 and chose Royal Mail for the return. I was sent a confirmation email including a tracking number. I then received a QR code for the return. I took it to the Royal Mail delivery office and they scanned the QR, printed the return label and put the parcel in the sack. They do not give a proof of postage as the tracking number is a digital record. I did the return on 14th July. I still have not had my refund and it turns out the tracking number I was given and which appears on the parcel is invalid. I have sent emails, whatsapp messages and pictures to Debenhams showing the email with the tracking and the return label but nobody is responding and I am now feeling that I may never get my refund.
I will NEVER buy from Debenhams again and wonder how many other people have had a similar experience.

Found the product I wanted at a good…

Found the product I wanted at a good price. Speedy delivery and good experience. Unfortunately, the product doesn’t really work for me, so I’m disappointed, but that’s down to me and not All Beauty.

All my recent orders have had to…

All my recent orders have had to returned. Either the fit has been poor or the quality simple hasn't justified the cost. Superdry clothes are expensive. If I am going to spend a lot on an item of clothing now,I really need to be 100% happy with it. If it makes me hesitate, it goes back.

Nice dog bed at a good price

Nice dog bed at a good price. Dog lamb toy looked nice and again reasonably priced, but came apart quickly. Having said that, although my dog is small I think she is part alligator! Ordering was easy, but not the quickest delivery.

Good experience with Superdry this time. Products are quite pricey, but on the whole, good quality, which I find is fairly rare these days. Have been unlucky once, but feel that was just a blip as the things I have bought since have been great.

Bad Experience made better by great store staff

Ordered a sweater online in the sale. For some reason it wasn’t possible to do free delivery to store, so I paid £3.99 delivery. When the sweater arrived it was in a very poor condition. If I had seen it in a charity shop, I would have walked away! It was bobbly all over and frayed at the hem and along the seams on the sleeves. I returned it to the Canterbury store.As it was so awful, I asked to be refunded the delivery cost. Customer services were called and this was agreed. I left the store having been told that customer services would process the refund.
I did not receive the usual returns email and so emailed customer service that afternoon. That evening I received £3.99 refund to my payment card but no refund for the sweater. On Monday I emailed again. No response. On Thursday I went back to the Canterbury store. It was a different member of staff. I explained and had to wait while we watched the store cctv to see me leave the sweater there and for her to contact one of the staff I had spoken to, but eventually she was able to find my order and see that a refund had never been processed. She did the refund and apologised for the fact that nobody from has ever replied to my emails. She was brilliant but I have to say there will have to be something very special to make be buy anything online from Superdry again.

Nice cardigan but a costly mistake!

Nice cardigan but didn’t fit me well, so had to return. Sadly, between the postage and charge for returning this, I spent £6.99. I won’t be risking any further orders with Roman for this reason. A costly mistake!

Bought online and picked up in store. Products get Lakeland guarantee, which is a bonus. Lovely store with helpful staff. Easy to leave having bought more than you planned to though-SO many wonderful and tempting products and gadgets!

Best customer service!

Sadly, the jumper wasn’t for me, but the assistants in the Superdry store in Canterbury were absolutely fabulous! If only all customer service was this good!

Our local Evri courier is very good

Our local Evri courier is very good. He is reliable, always on time and has never left any of our deliveries anywhere that wasn’t good(which was an issue with previous Evri couriers we have had). Hoping this courier stays on our round!
