Bait&switch

Classic bait&switch.
Shows prices that appear cheaper than booking directly with the ferry company initially, only to slap a booking fee at the end. Ended up paying almost 10 euro more than directly with company.

what's the deal with the sign-in?

what's the deal with the sign-in?? Why make me set up a password if you're going to ignore it anyway and send a code each time. Now you automatically set up an account for an email address I mistakenly used, rather than saying "no account associated with this email address" like every other sane company

what is wrong with these airlines that…

what is wrong with these airlines that you cannot change your email with them? It's possible to do it with my bank (much higher stakes) but not SAS, with whom I fly a few times a year. Seriously, are their IT systems in the 90s still?? And no, I don't mean email for communication, I mean the username that you insist must not change

Keep sending emails I never subscribed to and the 'unsubscribe' button just will not work. If that's how they handle data that does not fill me with trust to buy a plan

Baffling to say the least. I just saw the courier through the window turn around without leaving the vehicle and attempting delivery. Minute later tracking updates to: We tried to deliver your parcel but couldn't access the property.

Hello Phil - I'm really sorry to read of the service you've been receiving and I can understand your frustration.

Drivers should definitely be going to the delivery address and this clearly needs to be raised with the relevant depot.

In order to do this, I need either a tracking number or your address, so that I can identify the driver and the depot they work out of.

I've therefore sent you a direct message to enable you to share this info with me.

Light years behind DPD

No real attempt at delivery made, apparently I was unavailable (during lockdown). Online system says this was the second attempt (which it wasn't) and, to top it all off, to make any changes or leave instructions to the driver, I have to register and create an account on UPS.com. UPS management team, whatever you're making, it's too much!

Order made on 11th and dispatched on 13th. Then, mid-delivery, Levi's decided they wanted my order back and had it shipped back to them without contacting me at all. Now they processed a refund. In all that time, I was never contacted about what actually happened. Order never received. It's almost like they don't want your money.
