DISHONEST AND LIARS

As many other passengers have shared here my bus was late. I was monitoring the progress of the delay on their website. Once I saw it changed to almost 3 hours I decided to take another form of transport to not miss my plane. I wrote to request the reimbursement of my ticket and their reply was that the bus arrived half hour late only that I missed it! I was there the whole time the bus never came! I think they instruct their employees to always say something similar as I could see many other passengers stating the same. I still can’t believe how dishonest this company is. They scam people and I am not sure how they allowed to still operate!

Scammers! To be avoided! Be aware of their fake reviews

I made a reservation with Edreams and after entering the payment details the page didn’t refresh and it appeared the payment didn’t go through and I had to start again. About 10 minutes later I got two different emails with two reservations for the same flight! They charged twice for the exact same booking! After almost an hour of waiting to be connected to Edreams customer service, I got the reply that there is nothing they can do and they are unable to refund me one of the reservations. These are the values of these companies, they keep scamming people. The customer service attendant sitting somewhere in India is probably underpaid and is just trained to repeat rehearsed lines and has zero power to do anything. Shameful! I had another bad experience with Edreams before; this was the last drop! Avoid at all costs!!!!!
