Very happy with being kept up to date with every movement of my parcel, to it being delivered on the time given.

The service was great from start to finish, items were dispatched very quickly and well packaged but one of the tops which would have been £26 had I not got a % off is such cheap material within 1 hour of wearing it I had a pull in it and you would think an item costing £26 would be Roman quality not Shein quality at 3 times the price.

Very happy with the whole experience from the product to ordering and the delivery.

Our furniture was delivered with care, the guys that made the delivery couldn’t have been more helpful and were extremely friendly, I was also kept up to date with expected delivery time.

We were firstly made to feel extremely welcome even though we were dripping rain water everywhere having run through a deluge to get to the shop, we were served by Craig Collier who was not only very knowledgeable about the product we purchased but an very amiable person to deal with.

Very happy with Pandora, easy to order on-line, arrived earlier than expected, plenty of emails from Pandora to keep you updated with progress of your order, oh and absolutely love my Infinity Bangle.

Although unfortunately when the delivery lorry arrived my Hob had not been loaded on to the vehicle, ao were extremely apologetic and within 15 minutes of the driver reporting missing item, I had, had a couple of phone calls and a new delivery date, if it had arrived on the original date I most certainly would have given ao 5 stars.

I've given them 5 Stars purely because the handover was flawless, had no personal dealings with them but would like to think that would be worthy of a 5 star review as well, also like the monthly email reminder to submit our meter readings.

Made my first order late Saturday afternoon my order arrived 10.45am on the Monday, well impressed, well packaged and found the items I'd ordered to be value for money.
