Scam

This place have there business model down to a T. Last 10 items I’ve sold to them, they send you an original good offer, then send a “revised offer”. This time they originally offered £200 for a pair of used Louis Vuitton sunglasses. Showed everything in the pictures. The new offer is down from £200 to £140 and it’s £15 if I want my item back. So knocked off more than 25% of the original offer. Got the scam down to a T now. Would rather use my items as toilet paper as let these companies sell for over double profit. Shame to see reputable used sellers go out of business and cowboys like this remain in business.


Update - they have now listed the glasses for the £320 and stated them as very good condition after specifying the item was scratched and couldn’t be sold as very good condition and that’s why they have knocked off 30% of the original offer. Absolute scammers

I’m sorry to hear you feel this way. We always try to make offers as fair as possible, whilst ensuring that, as a business, we can continue offering this service long term.

Our initial quotes are based on the photos and details submitted. When an item arrives, our condition team inspects it in person. If we find differences that weren’t visible or explained in the submission, we sometimes need to revise the offer to reflect the true resale value. The majority of items are paid at the original quoted price, but when adjustments are necessary, they are made to keep pricing accurate and sustainable.

If you decline a revised offer, return fees simply cover the shipping label, handling and authentication already carried out. They aren’t designed as a penalty, but to cover the genuine costs involved when an item cannot move forward at the original quote.

If you were transparent in your submission and feel we’ve made a mistake, please reach out to our customer service team - I’d be happy to look into it personally and refund any difference if we got it wrong.

Change price once receive

Every single price they agree on, they will always send you a reoffer once they receive the item offering you less but then say it’s £15 to return the item. Sold a lot to these but won’t be no more. I feel like once you accept one offer it goes on record and they send you one for every single item you send in.


Edited - so first offer on the Louis Vuitton wallet was £65 then dropped to £35….to then go on the website and see the item being sold for £90! More than doubling there money after knocking me down. Last time I will be using these. Got there business model down to a T. Send good offer, knock down and say it’s £15 to return then to sell for over 100% profit. Pure scam artists.

Once the item arrived with us, our team of experts carried out their standard inspection and identified several additional issues, particularly noticeable wear to the piping, that hadn’t been disclosed.

We completely understand how frustrating it can be to receive a revised offer, especially when it’s lower than originally expected. We want to reassure you that we never reduce an offer without reason. Our team carefully assesses each item’s condition, which directly affects what we can price it at and where we’re able to sell it — whether that’s through our website, via promotional channels or at a reduced rate. The revised offer always reflects the true resale potential based on the item’s actual condition.

We also want to be transparent in saying that items with multiple defects are much harder to resell. The buyer pool becomes smaller and demand naturally drops, which is why both the resale price and the offer to the seller must be adjusted accordingly.

To help you make an informed decision, we always provide a full condition report along with clear photographs before any revised offer is made final. You are never obligated to accept. The choice is completely yours.

The £15 return fee covers the cost of tracked, insured postage and the time required to professionally inspect, process and repack each item. We do our best to make this policy clear from the outset and appreciate that it's not ideal in every situation.

Avoid SUV prestige and Steve Dhesi future business’

Absolute cowboys.


First they took the map chip out of the car. They rectified this.

Then a week later engine management light comes on. They lead my down a path telling me to get it fixed they will sort it out it, only to liquidate. I’m now left with a hefty bill and after contacting autoguard I have been told SUV never registered any warranty whatsoever on my vehicle so they have just completely robbed whilst also trying to upsell 12 month warranties with no intent to ever register them. I would avoid this owners future business’. Seems likes nothing but a cowboy!

Never buy shoes off here even with authenticity check!!!!

I am a trainer collector, have been for years and I will never use this dodgy platform again. I have bought Yeezys off here and what can only be described as the worst copies and worst customer service I have ever received. They are clearly fake. The insole is completely different to other 7 pairs I have. When questioned about it, they just woke acknowledge any wrong doing. They match the description so that’s all they look at, they do authenticate. They check if the shoe is new to match the description and the size. They do not check authenticity, they simply don’t know how to. That is proven. AVOID EBAY TRAINER AUTHENTICITY BY ALL MEANS!!!!! If you are looking to save a few quid literally find a fake website because you will receive non authentic off both, just eBay will charge you full price and then flat out refuse to do anything to help you. They protect the fraudsters by all means, which seriously makes you question the reliability of anything being sold on there platform.

Avoid if you want your trainers at the price they advertise

Can’t quite believe I’m writing this for the second time. I removed the original because they said they would sort the problem, but after going to chase it up I see I’ve been blocked. Bought a pair for £300, order got cancelled two minutes later “due to stock issues” so I went to reorder in a slightly bigger size just to see they hadn’t run out they just wanted more money and changed the price to £400. I then messaged and a lad rang me saying he would find me a pair for £300 and told me everything I wanted to hear which I had a feeling he was going to do, to now I’ve been blocked. I would avoid this company by all means cause they advertise one price to attract custom then end up going through countless hours of messages and the guy ringing because he didn’t like the review. I was then told they can’t help me whilst the review is up which sounds like blackmail. Seems very dodgy. Not my first bad experience either, received awful attitude just for chasing up an order before now. Thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt TWICE now, went back after bad attitude and then removed the original feedback in hope to get this fairly disputed but instead just blocked. The abuse you received was cause you rang me whilst in the gym cause you didn’t like the first review. Then continued to moan how I was going on but I was happy with the resolution until you started moaning and moaning about how you can’t help until the review was removed, which I then did and surprise surprise when you got what you wanted I got blocked and no resolution was ever sorted.

We have been forced to block your Instagram account due to the none stop swearing and abuse to customer service.

We offered the resolution you asked over 10 times but was just met with abuse and anger.

We want to resolve any issues with any customers but we can not help if we are just met with constant abuse sorry we couldn't provide more assistance.

Used my duffel bag twice and the strap completely snapped, would recommend you keeping your money rather than buy this rubbish. Then when you ring they just talk over you and nothing but utterly rude. A foreign lady who just sent wants to talk over you and not try and help. Would swerve this company by all means

Don’t use

Don’t use. Either wait till the item goes on Nike or don’t get it. I ordered a pair of shorts in may. It’s now august and I’ve had to call up for a refund cause they clearly just took my money and was going to lead me on till I forgot. 3 emails I received saying they will be shipped on this date. After waiting 9 days after the last email, which I received 13 weeks from initial order…I’ve had to call for a refund and guess what? After waiting 14 weeks for my shorts, I’ve now got to wait a week for my money back 😂 pathetic excuse for a company.

Wouldn’t use this company again if they…

Wouldn’t use this company again if they were the last on earth. Sent out a faulty item I got one wear out of before they pants snapped. Then dragged out the returns at every angle they could. Now looking for every reason out of replacing pants. Don’t even want my money back just a replacement, but this company would rather lead you on. Scum this company. Do not use. Better off in Manchester warehouses, get the same amount of wear out of there clothes and do not care in the slightest when it comes to dealing with there customers.

Look for any reason not to pay

Look for any reason not to pay. Wouldn’t touch at all. Even with accidental damage try finding ways to go through with claim. Ended up having to cancel as just cheaper to buy a whole new device than pay for absolutely nothing. Cowboys is an understatement.
