Hired the machine from Rug Doctor

Hired the machine from Rug Doctor, picked up from Asda with no problems. Checked cleaner and it was a bit grubby underneath so had to clean. The performance of the machine and hand attachment were superb, carpets came up a dream, yes, it was hard work, but put in the effort and you will see the rewards. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Brilliant service, exceeding my Expectations.

Ordered replacement flexy wand, arrived the next day, unfortunately, damaged and appears wrong part. Contacted Customer service and the Advisor (Nikolas) could not have been more helpful. He arranged collection of damaged part, identified the correct part and had it sent out (with no additional costs) which arrived 3 Days later. Superb service and supplier to buy from. My next vacuum cleaner will certainly be Shark.

Stafford Audi

Stafford Audi. Great selection of cars, unfortunately the sales staff are not trustworthy, do not stick by their word to compensate for any issues , unless you agree to give a 5 stare review. Utterly a disgusting business practice to benefit them to keep in the the good books with the Audi brand .

We have cascaded this feedback to Senior management within the dealership. They have confirmed you travelled from Scotland to purchase a Used Approved Audi. Once at the dealership you remained unhappy with some cosmetic damage.

The dealership then offered you several options which, you choose for them to arrange someone out local to yourself to carry out this cosmetic damage .

Excellent cover at more than competitive price

Having used this company for a few years, covering both my cars at a ridiculous low annual premium is a no brainer. However, I have been fortunate enough not to have put them to the test by breaking down. I am sure in an emergency breakdown situation they would be as effective and efficient.

On Line Portal seems to work

Handy that you can amend your order on line, holiday break's etc. Reliable company to date with no problems. One annoying point was, on occasions the glass milk bottle was left on my top doorstep at the door handle side, hence when opening door to exit you can kick the bottle, or the dog knocks it over.

Still waiting my Refund.

Ordering and home deliver was top class, unfortunately I ordered the incorrect part. Called and received a returns number and Euro car parts arranged collection for the return of the part next day, again superb, however, I am still waiting for my refund of the cost nearly 5 weeks since return date. I have called, emailed and still no refund.

After sale department dissapointing

The product is good, however, customer service very poor. Tried calling 3 times to get a returns number and phone just kept me in a queue for 30 mins plus each time.. put me off future involvement with Hive.
