All bottles arrived in PERFECT condition, no leaks, cracks, very well packed in bubble wrap - great pricing, quick shipping, will order my Elderflower Cordial again from them!

Cheated me and refuse to put it right

Cheated me. I paid for 12 months of 2GB upgrade, due to expire end May 2023. Last month when I saw it was set for autorenew, I had to go to online chat (because they do not allow customers to make any changes to their account online themselves) and requested 2 things: 1) remove the autorenew and 2) make sure the upgrade to 2GB stays in place until it expires. All they did was remove the upgrade (put me back down to 500 MG) and leave the autorenew in place. Exactly the opposite of what I had asked.
When I spent TWO hours in online chat today, all the first agent did was was reinstate the 2GB (which expires in 2 weeks) but refuse to give me the month they stole. They say they can't extend it for one month. They CAN give me a one month credit to my account, but I don't want that because I will NEVER purchase anything from Ipage again! Their customer service is terrible, they do not offer phone support any more, and they don't care that they cheat customers. They should have said OK, we'll extend it until end JUNE, so that I get the 12 months I paid for, but they won't. DISHONEST/FRAUD. And when you use the word FRAUD in online chat, they automatically disconnect the chat. That happened TWICE, after I'd spent an hour and a half with one agent and said this was fraud, suddenly I was disconnected. Same thing happened with second agent. They admitted it was a mistake, that they shouldn't have removed the upgrade, but will NOT do anything about it! All I want is the full 12 months of upgrade I paid for - and they will not honor that. DO NOT USE IPAGE.

QUick shipping, great prices thank you!

I had some issues placing the order, but they REALLY helped me out - and when my items arrived, one of them had kind of exploded (I guess in flight?) - the tub of hair mask gel was pretty much everywhere - they sent me a replacement - so even though there were some challenges, what I will remember is how they handled these issues - with grace, class and efficiency - FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!!! I WILL BUY FROM YOU AGAIN, you have exceeded my expectations!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. DISASTER AND WON'T PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING LABEL

Ordered a phone to arrive by 2nd March (critical as my husband was going away in the morning of the 4th). When I saw it hadn't been shipped, I contacted them, they said it will arrive on the 7th. THAT IS TOO LATE. I told them to cancel the order (they couldn't or wouldn't), they apologized, said they felt terrible for letting me down - then the phone arrived today (too late, my husband has already gone) - in a JUNKY soft flimsy plastic envelope with barely any bubble wrap, it is most definitely NOT in "good" condition, and that's all irrelevent - IT'S USELESS TO ME NOW! I NEEDED IT ON THE 2ND MARCH! AND GUESS WHAT - THEY WON'T SEND ME A PREPAID SHIPPING LABEL! SO DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I don't think all sellers are this bad but the one I bought from was A DISASTER. IF THEY DON'T SEND ME A SHIPPING LABEL I WILL DISPUTE THE CHARGE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. THEY LIED TO ME, MISLED ME, GAVE ME INCORRECT SHIPPING DATE, THE PHONE ARRIVED BADLY PACKED (WHO KNOWS IF IT EVEN WORKS!) AND ARRIVED TOO LATE - AND THEY WON'T PAY TO GET IT BACK? SHAME ON THEM

I can't believe how easy it was to…

I can't believe how easy it was to basically fast for 5 days. Without Prolon and the "meals" and "snacks", I doubt I'd have been able to do it. I was able to sit at the dinner table with my husband and have lunch and dinner, so I wasn't constantly focusing on the fact that I really was fasting. I found day 2 the hardest, but after that I wasn't even hungry, never gave food a second thought. I'm DEFINITELY going to be doing it again. They provide great support and guidance, so even though I was nervous to do this, I never felt alone. I don't feel tired (well, no more than usual, as I am a terrible sleeper), my clothes are looser, but I'm just amazed at how easy it was.

OUTSTANDING! Will be buying LOTS more from them!

I was skeptical at first because their prices were so low - but they were absolutely FANTASTIC - the first package they sent arrived but was stolen from outside my house and they gladly replaced it - they are INCREDIBLE - prices are unbeatable, their communication is top notch - I never had to wait more than 24 hours for an email response - I am going to buy LOTS more stuff from them.

EXCELLENT fast shipping - zero breakages, ABSOLUTELY MARVELOUS! A+++

Ordered 24 bottles of elderflower on 3rd May. They emailed me saying there might be a bit of a delay in shipping - but that was no problem (I know there are problems everywhere with stocks and shipping) - imagine how surprised I am, now, ONLY FIVE DAYS LATER, 8th May - to receive two big boxes!!!!! Guess how many breakages? ZERO. How many leaks? ZERO - The bottles were PERFECTLY wrapped - what a delight. ABSOLUTELY MARVELOUS SUPERMARKETITALY!!!!!! You champions! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU and stay safe!

Even with this virus causing havoc everywhere, they had my shipment to me within just a few days (UK to Florida, USA)... Wow and a round of applause. 9 glass bottles in the box, guess how many breakages or leaked? ZERO! Amazing! So well packed. Buy with confidence from them. Oh and if u do have any problems, contact them, they respond immediately, excellent customer service. 10 out of 10. Or as spinal tap would say, they go to 11.

APPALLING customer service. AVOID THIS COMPANY

**in response to YOUR response, saying how disappointed you are I didn't try to work it out with your customer service, that they had been in constant contact with me.. WHEN WERE THEY IN CONSTANT CONTACT? I got an email on 10th April 10 days after I placed the order and AFTER I emailed them, they said my order was being processed... NO MORE CONTACT FROM THEM TILL THEY CANCELED MY ORDER ON THE 21ST!! SO WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?? that you have been in constant contact with me! NOT TRUE. AND EVEN NOW, you're not working it out, you're just explaining what happened, AND trying to make ME look bad! You say you're over the worst but you never offered to ship it, or tell me it would be delayed a bit more, you just canceled my order THREE WEEKS AFTER I PLACED IT ! I did not mind a shipping delay, but YOU CANCELED MY ORDER! If you had said so sorry, we are only shipping it now, I would have said no problem, because I understand these times are challenging, I am very understanding about what's going on but you just canceled MY ORDER! **
APPALLING customer service. CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION: I ordered several cases of Elderflower cordial on 1st April 2020. I understood that there might be a bit of a delay in shipping, but no problem. On 10th April, I emailed them, asking if it had been shipped yet. They replied immediately saying they received and had processed the order (YAY!) but that shipping wouldn't take place for another week or two (which was fine). TODAY ON THE 21ST APRIL, THREE WEEKS AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER, I got an email saying "cancelled your order, have refunded you." Apparently they did NOT have the item in stock but instead of telling me the day after I placed the order, they DELIBERATELY MISLED me on the 10th and told me they DID have it and my order had been processed - AND ONLY TOLD ME THREE WEEKS AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED, after they'd confirmed it - that they don't have it, supposedly. DISGRACEFUL. I'm not upset that they supposedly ran out of stock - that's fine, that happens - but if they'd told me the day after, I could have ordered it elsewhere. THEY LIED TO ME ON THE 10TH APRIL AND THEN DIDN'T BOTHER TO TELL ME UNTIL THREE WEEKS AFTER THE FACT THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. I am ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS. It's something that you can only get in the UK, so now I won't be able to find any for at least another three weeks from another source, SO IF YOU'RE THINKING OF BUYING ANYTHING HERE, DON'T. AND VITALIFE - IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN ITEM IN STOCK - TELL THE CUSTOMER THE FOLLOWING DAY, SO THEY CAN GO ELSEWHERE - DON'T LIE TO THEM AND TELL THEM YOU HAVE IT, AND THEIR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED IN A WEEK OR SO - AND THEN WAIT 3 WEEKS AND THEN JUST TELL THEM "CANCELLED AND REFUNDED YOUR ORDER, COS WE'RE OUT OF STOCK." YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, and I'm sorry to hear that your experience was a negative one.

As you may have seen from the large notice at the top of our website (and on the shipping information during checkout), we currently have a 3-week delay on orders due to the current situation and the additional demand this has created.

This, hopefully, helps to explain the initial delay you experienced.

We have found that our stock management system has not handled the unprecedented volume well, causing discrepancies and overselling on some lines (though I'm pleased to confirm we are over the worst of issues like this).

The system itself would show stock allocated to an order but it would only be upon picking the actual order when the warehouse staff would realise a shortfall.

This will hopefully explain why the items were not refunded earlier - since we were not aware of the issue until the day that your order was meant to be picked, and a refund was issued that same day.

I'm very sorry you felt disappointed enough to leave a negative review on Trustpilot rather than work this out with our customer service team who have been in constant contact with you.

We are doing our very best in a difficult time, we are a small company, and negative reviews like this can have a serious impact on our small business.

For anyone reading this, please bear in-mind we have successfully served over 4,000 new customers just in the past 3 weeks of very turbulent times - delivering much-needed supplies direct-to-home to save people from visiting the shops and putting themselves at risk.

We are very proud of this fact, and will always try our best to help people.

The problem with Trustpilot as a platform is that the odd person who is so frustrated by an unfortunate situation like this, can make things look disproportionately negative, when the thousands of customers who are satisfied with their orders will not think to visit Trustpilot and leave a review - because they got what they expected and are busy enjoying their items.

Please take this negative review with the above perspective in-mind.

Having bought from just about all the British supply stores in the USA and UK, I'm 100% convinced these guys are the best. Best prices, best communications, quickest shipping, my 28 bottles of elder flower arrived within 4 days without a single breakage! Amazing! You can trust them and buy with confidence.
