Cheated me. I paid for 12 months of 2GB upgrade, due to expire end May 2023. Last month when I saw it was set for autorenew, I had to go to online chat (because they do not allow customers to make any changes to their account online themselves) and requested 2 things: 1) remove the autorenew and 2) make sure the upgrade to 2GB stays in place until it expires. All they did was remove the upgrade (put me back down to 500 MG) and leave the autorenew in place. Exactly the opposite of what I had asked.
When I spent TWO hours in online chat today, all the first agent did was was reinstate the 2GB (which expires in 2 weeks) but refuse to give me the month they stole. They say they can't extend it for one month. They CAN give me a one month credit to my account, but I don't want that because I will NEVER purchase anything from Ipage again! Their customer service is terrible, they do not offer phone support any more, and they don't care that they cheat customers. They should have said OK, we'll extend it until end JUNE, so that I get the 12 months I paid for, but they won't. DISHONEST/FRAUD. And when you use the word FRAUD in online chat, they automatically disconnect the chat. That happened TWICE, after I'd spent an hour and a half with one agent and said this was fraud, suddenly I was disconnected. Same thing happened with second agent. They admitted it was a mistake, that they shouldn't have removed the upgrade, but will NOT do anything about it! All I want is the full 12 months of upgrade I paid for - and they will not honor that. DO NOT USE IPAGE.

I had some issues placing the order, but they REALLY helped me out - and when my items arrived, one of them had kind of exploded (I guess in flight?) - the tub of hair mask gel was pretty much everywhere - they sent me a replacement - so even though there were some challenges, what I will remember is how they handled these issues - with grace, class and efficiency - FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!!! I WILL BUY FROM YOU AGAIN, you have exceeded my expectations!

Ordered a phone to arrive by 2nd March (critical as my husband was going away in the morning of the 4th). When I saw it hadn't been shipped, I contacted them, they said it will arrive on the 7th. THAT IS TOO LATE. I told them to cancel the order (they couldn't or wouldn't), they apologized, said they felt terrible for letting me down - then the phone arrived today (too late, my husband has already gone) - in a JUNKY soft flimsy plastic envelope with barely any bubble wrap, it is most definitely NOT in "good" condition, and that's all irrelevent - IT'S USELESS TO ME NOW! I NEEDED IT ON THE 2ND MARCH! AND GUESS WHAT - THEY WON'T SEND ME A PREPAID SHIPPING LABEL! SO DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I don't think all sellers are this bad but the one I bought from was A DISASTER. IF THEY DON'T SEND ME A SHIPPING LABEL I WILL DISPUTE THE CHARGE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. I can't believe how easy it was to basically fast for 5 days. Without Prolon and the "meals" and "snacks", I doubt I'd have been able to do it. I was able to sit at the dinner table with my husband and have lunch and dinner, so I wasn't constantly focusing on the fact that I really was fasting. I found day 2 the hardest, but after that I wasn't even hungry, never gave food a second thought. I'm DEFINITELY going to be doing it again. They provide great support and guidance, so even though I was nervous to do this, I never felt alone. I don't feel tired (well, no more than usual, as I am a terrible sleeper), my clothes are looser, but I'm just amazed at how easy it was.

Even with this virus causing havoc everywhere, they had my shipment to me within just a few days (UK to Florida, USA)... Wow and a round of applause. 9 glass bottles in the box, guess how many breakages or leaked? ZERO! Amazing! So well packed. Buy with confidence from them. Oh and if u do have any problems, contact them, they respond immediately, excellent customer service. 10 out of 10. Or as spinal tap would say, they go to 11.

APPALLING customer service. CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION: I ordered several cases of Elderflower cordial on 1st April 2020. I understood that there might be a bit of a delay in shipping, but no problem. On 10th April, I emailed them, asking if it had been shipped yet. They replied immediately saying they received and had processed the order (YAY!) but that shipping wouldn't take place for another week or two (which was fine). TODAY ON THE 21ST APRIL, THREE WEEKS AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER, I got an email saying "cancelled your order, have refunded you." Apparently they did NOT have the item in stock but instead of telling me the day after I placed the order, they DELIBERATELY MISLED me on the 10th and told me they DID have it and my order had been processed - AND ONLY TOLD ME THREE WEEKS AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED, after they'd confirmed it - that they don't have it, supposedly. DISGRACEFUL. I'm not upset that they supposedly ran out of stock - that's fine, that happens - but if they'd told me the day after, I could have ordered it elsewhere. THEY LIED TO ME ON THE 10TH APRIL AND THEN DIDN'T BOTHER TO TELL ME UNTIL THREE WEEKS AFTER THE FACT THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. I am ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS. It's something that you can only get in the UK, so now I won't be able to find any for at least another three weeks from another source, SO IF YOU'RE THINKING OF BUYING ANYTHING HERE, DON'T. AND VITALIFE - IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN ITEM IN STOCK - TELL THE CUSTOMER THE FOLLOWING DAY, SO THEY CAN GO ELSEWHERE - DON'T LIE TO THEM AND TELL THEM YOU HAVE IT, AND THEIR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED IN A WEEK OR SO - AND THEN WAIT 3 WEEKS AND THEN JUST TELL THEM "CANCELLED AND REFUNDED YOUR ORDER, COS WE'RE OUT OF STOCK." YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.
