Today I realised that my dogs were registered in my late husband’s name and not mine. I spoke with Kay at Petlog she was extremely friendly and helpful (a credit to the Petlog team) and we resolved this issue quickly.

The computer seams amazing!!!! But it wasn’t so easy to set up… I am computer phobic, but first got my niece to set up and failed but my brother in law sorted it out….. Better simple instructions are needed I think… but a lovely reconditioned computer for my son to do Solidworks CAD for his collage course. Perfect for what we needed!!

While this is the first instance we've heard about an issue with this order, we're confident in our ability to assist had we heard in the first instance (we're glad to hear that it is running now).

I ordered a mattress and protector on the 28th of March and was told the delivery dates were between the 1st of April to the 4th of April. (There is a notice they are busy but how does that help customers) There is no updates for me other than it has been processed. No dispatched or delivery… Yesterday I contacted them via the website and was told someone would contact me via email but nothing….very poor
Edit Since posting my initial review the Emma team have been really good at updating me. The mattress is a lovey and the delivery was great. A timely response to my first inquiry would have made my experience so much better.

This app is shocking. After watching ITV X as soon adds watched you need re login and search program again as you get a black screen…. Now remotes x3 don’t work with your channel broken trying to use them…. You need to make sure after adds the programme continues… as a basic… The worst service ever… So disappointed I watched itv as kid and it was great
I visited the Wembley shop one week ago at the checkout I was told there had been a glitch and I had to pay again. The following day when I looked at my bank statement I had been charged twice for my items. I contacted customers services that day and the informed me it could take up to 14 days for the money to be returned to me. I called again today to see how this was progressing and it was not live on their system which has only now been done therefore could take up to 14 days from today to be resolved. This is very poor service from IKEA as they are at fault and have clearly double charged me for my items.
Ordered an Apple Watch series 6, condition good. Prompt delivery with accurate tracking and at a great price. The item was in excellent condition with no visible scratches (much better than I expected) and it came with the necessary accessories such as a Watch strap, charger etc. The Watch appears to be working well and I am very pleased with my purchase. On my experience of using this company I would definitely buy again from them and recommend them to others.
I bought a Pandora bracelet for a xmas present during the Black Friday deal. Jewel Hut delivered very quickly with beautiful box and Pandora bag. A bracket bought through the Pandora website at the same time was slower to deliver with a plain box and no Pandora bag. I would definately use and recommend this site.
Use to think RM good. However, when it goes wrong the Tracking assistant does not appear to work... “please select one of the options” the only answer but no options given. Very disappointed in their system. Instead of their promise of my delivery that day it was sent to Basingstoke RM centre and no follow up on tracking system. I have not a clue when my goods are going to arrive. I am currently working and need this info and have found other postal deliverers much much better during this difficult time. I currently I will not order products delivered by RM.
