Disgusting

After almost 1 month , apart from losing or misplacing the parcel I paid for , and delivery fees I paid in Advance, Evri's solutions is to deem the parcel unaccounted.
They " washed their hands" covering the gross incompetence.
Probably the Medical pillows I paid for have been taken by one of them - otherwise I can't imagine how such a big parcel can be lost
And although being nominated for the 3rd year the worst delivery company, I am surprised how they are still existing.
Obviously, never , ever , Evri again !!!!!

Despicable

2 medical pillows, lost, misplaced or God knows what they have done.
I paid for items and delivery 3 weeks ago.
I received nothing.
I opened a query.
Days after, I received an email telling me " how sorry they are" , they will give me an update in 48 hours.
Evri's 48 hours is more than 1 week now ....
Silence , ignorance, incompetence, arrogance......
Never, ever , Evri again !!!!

Mostly brilliant and effective

Mostly brilliant and effective. However, I have a parcel purchased 1 week ago , posted immediately by a pro seller ( from Vinted), and InPost is telling me that expected delivery day is till 23rd of October?????!!!!!.
I do like InPost and I choose them every time , but I can't hide the dissapointment for the parcel they need 6 weeks to deliver.

Sadly, Terrible!!!

I ordered a bed on 1st of August. Via messenger chat.
I paid the deposit.
Next day , 2nd of August I wanted to cancel the order. They said No!
I had mentioned that I am on A/ L till 14th of August- outside UK.
They started calling and messaging me at their convenience, destroying my time and relaxation.
They determinedly refuse to accept bank transfer as payment, after bed being delivered.
They keep saying " cash on delivery " to the delivery driver which is a 3rd party .
Or they want me to pay days in advance, without seeing or checking the quality of bed.
I told them.hundreds of times that I do not trust them.anymore , and I will never pay for a product without fiscal record of my payment.
Feel hunted , harrased, without proper invoicing.
Their business name where I paid deposit into , is different from what invoice says ( I insistently requested invoice , otherwise they would not have given)
Terrible hunt for £ 500 cash .
How do they imagine I pay days in advance for a product I don't see........
How do they imagine I pay £ 500 without fiscal proof of my payment......
How do they dare to ignore my decision and full mental capacity of order cancellation .......
How do they dare to call on WhatsApp and message me knowing I am on.A/ L ......
I reported them to Police , Ombudsman, Consumers rights.
Terrible, despicable experience!!!!!!!!!!
Never Ever Never The Bed Heist again.
Traumatising experience !!!

Despicable

I have left E- ON since 10th of January.
E-ON was the most abusive , unprofessional and disgusting supplier.
Today, 18th of July , after more than 6 months since I changed supplier and I left E-ON , I received a bill.
A bill , for something I did not use , as I am not their customer anymore.
I called them.
I have been told that it was a mistake in their calculation.
Mistake ?????
So .....E-ON Next makes mistakes because they are incompetent, then they expect former customers to pay for their errors and incompetence???????
They self entitle to squeeze money from customers which left them.
So, if they make mistakes they should pay.
If they are not able to calculate correctly, they should go to school again.
Not to place themselves as a burden asking for money from customers which left E-ON for more than 6 months.
Disgusting, typical for E-ON!!!

Cheap scamming

Cheap scamming, ridiculous forms of life.
If only had a look at their " offers" advised by Clearscore. I have been called in a matter of hours after that.
Then, next days , lots of other different scamming calls followed.
Away from their despicable practices and reporting them seems the best solution!!

Dissapointing and very unfair.

Brilliant customer service over the phone.
Sadly , unfair , discriminatory in assessing applications.
I have No debt anywhere.
I always pay the Tesco credit card balance in full.
However.....I have been declined for a small loan application.
Where my righteousness has been ignored.
So , I will tell them goodbye, by closing credit card, and.I wish they will never feel so humiliated as they made me feel.

Abusive thieves

E.ON Next as abusive supplier
2 Statements in December, being charged twice. For the usage between 10th of December to 2nd of January.
They're Nostradamus - include 3 days of usage - 31, 1, 2 on 30th of December 2nd Statement....
Total £ 210.75 in 2 Statements for the period of 10th of December to 2nd of January.
As a single occupier of a one bedroom flat , mostly not in the house , working 68-72 hours / week.
Not using heating because heat intolerance.
This abusive supplier is called E.ON Next.
Apart from stealing by overcharging, they tell customer to pay £ 100.99 for SLT.
So.....they are famous for their faulty, not functional " smart meters" , but they want customers to pay for this.....
Useless , deficient " customer service ".
Whilst reading many other terrible reviews , some E.ON representative asks for more details via email ....but there is No guarantee they will ever come back with a solution.

Disgusting and despicable as always !!

Disgusting and despicable as always !!!
Multiple, Multiple failures : ignorant , rude , " customer service ". They have a job because paying customers. However, they treat customers like rubbish.
Ripping off , and abusively overcharging.
They ask customers to pay for SLT.
They take money from bank account , statement comes days later.
They put their " claws" on customer's bank account.
If there is credit balance , they don't refund it completely.
They threaten you with DD increase if ask for credit balance refund.
So, they act like " owners of customers ' bank accounts " which is abusive and absolutely disgusting !!!
Errors and gross missconduct non stop , non stop !!!
They need being sued and smashed in front of Court !!
They ask for more details, when they see how many terrible reviews people write , but they continue being abusive and treating customers like being E.ON 's slaves.
So...for nothing I have a flat rate tariff.
Their hand is always in my pocket.
They are " leading " my bank account not me. Disgusting!!! Abusive ! Slavery!!

Despicable

Again and again E.ON maintains tradition of being unprofessional.
One star.....too much for them.
In 8 months with them : smart meter was not functional approximately 5 months.
I was left off supply since the day they took over.
First 3 months I had No Bill, No Statement, because "smart" meter didn't work.
Last 2 Statements were ridiculously high- for a single occupier of 1 bedroom flat.
Mostly at work , with medical conditions causing heat intolerance, they doubled my
bill from one month to another- with the very same usage
" Customer service " does not reply in a timely manner. They are far away from any
common courtesy concept - for the customers paying their salaries.

Now , whilst so called " investigating " , I have been told that they see a "constant gas usage".
My Goodness!!! I have No gas in the property!! Everything is electrical.
But they see a constant "gas usage" !!
After each and every Complaint, their multiple failures have been revealed.
Shocking!!!! They see gas usage where there is No gas at all !!!
All of these, in their cheap attempt to hide their abusive overcharging.
On top : they want me as a customer to pay £ 100 and a few pence for investigating, saying that if meter is faulty I will get a refund, if not.....
This is disgusting: they overcharge, then they want more money. Obviously, they have No interest in showing the meter is faulty. So they keep the money.
I have already proved that meter was not working for months - during spring and summer.
Despicable, unprofessional, the worst !!!
Newest cherry on top : they charged me for electricity on 8th of December. A statement was provided.
But.....they charged me for electricity again on 29th of December, with No Statement!!! They have deducted the money I had in credit in my account. With No Statement!!!

Disappointing!

Disappointing!! Massive gap between what they advert and what they really ask.
They say " No money / No prior investment, you pay when you get paid."
These are their words.
But in fact ......when you speak with them , after sweet promises , there are 3 options : to invest : £ 16000, £ 19000, or £ 25 000.
Hilarious!!! They expect people to give them such a consistent amount of money ....just like this !! And then to wait 3 months to get profit. Wait three months on your money paid to them!!!
If this is " business "......or smart way to get work capital......
The funny part is they really believe or hope that people will fund their business concept.
As for the long, sarcastic reply from Soul Business Empire , I thank them kindly for the good laugh they gave me.
As being such a highly professional business, they block comments received on their adverts.
They labelled themselves perfectly through their reply.

1) The distincition between 'FREE' vs 'Zero Money Down'.

A lot of employees have not been given proper financial literacy to understand what the term Zero Money Down means in investing, so they use these words interchangeably. FREE is defined as without cost or payment. However 'Zero Money Down' is a commonly used term in the Investing world which refers to using strategies of the Wealthy becoming resourceful and leveraging OPM's (Other People's Money) to purchase your investment.

For total transparency and clarification we use the term 'No Money Down' in our Marketing and Ads to attract Investors who are familiar with this terminology. But whilst our ads are attractive to Investors it also attracts those who have 'employee mindsets' too with little financial literacy. I as the Founder of the Company was one of these people, so I have nothing but patience for anyone who is ignorant to the terminology.

2) The 3 main options and pricing.

In Business it is common practice to have 3 standard packages. Small, Medium and Large. Clothing companies, McDonalds, Software companies all use this as their basis for pricing as it provides simplicity to the purchaser in their decision making process.

However, depending on the budgets of the clients we work with, we tailor our packages to their desires and needs. (just like a Suit shop would)

My guess though is that your distaste is not for the fact we have 3 options but the price offered which in comparison to the other options in the market for Investors looking to purchase a Done For You Business like McDonalds which costs roughly £1million to get started with. Or a property that will be minimum 6 figures. Our Investment is 10-100x less than these, so it is an Investment for the common person who has an uncommon mindset to think like an Investor not an employee.

3. Our expectations

We don't expect people to give consistently what would be the costings of start up. To give an example, once you've invested into the Real Estate of a McDonalds' Franchise, unless you're leasing the property if it's bought you never need to pay again for that particular cost.

Similarly, with our Done For You Business, the initial start up costs once taken care of never have to be addressed ever again. There are other ongoing costs just like with any other business, but these costs are usually covered by the revenue the business generates.

We also don't believe that people will fund our concept. We know...

In 2024 when we launched the business, it only took us 6 months to generate multiple 6 figures in Sales for our Clients. We're past the point of promising it will work. We have proof and solid evidence. And proof is better than promises.

This is why before people start with us, those who are genuinely committed to join, we are fully transparent with and let them speak to existing clients, as well showing them any documents they requests to validate our words.

E-On

E-On , recently made famous again for overcharging customers , continues to maintain the same gross missconduct.
I have made a Complaint for being overcharged.
More than 2.5 weeks I had No reply.
Then, a sarcastic "customer service" - to be translated customer' s abuse replied.
He/ she as " energy specialists " said they would look into it.
But .....typically E- on , they vanished.
In 5 weeks , there is No reply , no outcome , although I clearly explained what the problem is.
E-on is hiding , thinking me and other customers are naive .
They know they are wrong , punished for overcharging , but continue squeezing from customers.
Well......I will use each and every method provided by law , to prove they are wrong.
Wrong and despicably rude!!!
Wrong and abusive with customers .

Disrespectful !!!

Disrespectful !!!
No basic manners, no communication skills. They call, asking directly " am I speaking with...?"
No greeting- good morning/ afternoon. My name is...,I am calling from....with regard.....
Is it a good time to talk ?
Arrogant, liars. I had a call scheduled for 9am one morning. Obviously, no one called at the agreed time. The call came 2.5 hours later. They appear " entitled " to use people's time at their convenience.
Famous for not paying on time - I spoke with more than 5 nurses not being paid for more than 3 months.
Massive dissapointment !
