Straightforward process

It was a very straightforward process to obtain a quote - much easier than previous experiences for someone with preexisting conditions. The standard of cover is also very good for a reasonable premium.

1st time!

For the 1st time in my experience with energy suppliers I was offered a partial refund, as I am in substantial credit. This is thanks to Gifty, the operative who replied to my meter readings. It seems that Gifty actually looks in detail and responds with the customer in mind - thank you Gifty 😊

Appaling customer service

Payment taken immediately. Estimated delivery date changed, then no delivery and no explanation until 10 days after expected delivery. Today an email saying no item available - it has been discontinued - so why did you take my money?

Communication matters

Communication is all in my book. Nathan F made sure my query re direct debit payments was answered clearly. This is particularly relevant in the current cost of living crisis and the impact higher energy costs have on everyday life.
