Buyer beware

Don’t buy a used vehicle from this outfit ,,
Big mistake buying without going to see ,
Had a quick Video walk round saying no chip no dent no scratches, well it had a door ding ,scratch on rear, dent painted on bonnet and scratches in door well ! , it had a radar not functioning that took 10 days to resolve one day before delivery! After waiting for this to be fixed !! on delivery it’s aircon wasn’t working on passenger side at all ,and fan not working correctly cold air wasn’t good even on max , so I
Rejected the car , then the tone changed I was told they can’t collect the car for two weeks as their driver was off , but it was for me to keep the car insure it tax ,it . I had nowhere to keep it so I paid to have it delivered back to martins Andover 3 days after ! 9 days earlier than them !! from Weymouth , sent email to ask if they would pay half of the 380 it cost me to return the car ! Which is there duty to collect at there expense they said No!! I’m waiting for my repayment if 13.495 , not expecting any prompt payment judging from their total aggressive behaviour towards me ! Sorry I’ve ever got involved with them ,buyer beware !some of these employees and managers are ruthless and have no regard for customers that my experience,have all the emails to prove it ! They said they will not reply to any more emails from Me , bully boys don’t work on me first martins mistake !!
I think they like confrontation strange people !!

Far too much in put from the seller

Far too much in put from the seller ! So many things to send and complete , photos to exact views vin numbers screen shot tyre photos wheels , photos of logbook I found it all rather hard work and resending stuff a bit of a bore , eventually got to auction valuation lower than initial . Bid lower than
Reserve , accepted , then I had to notify the buyer to arrange a time and day to view !
Thought this should have been car cow not me , then waited two days nothing then told view would be another five days all this hanging about , after making my feelings known they kindly brought the viewing forward 3 days , then the stress kick in although it’s sold at auction it’s not a binding deal the buyer has the last decision on weather or not he would like to pay what he bid . This in my case was a further reduction as they advised me the rear brakes were low and asked for 250 for the cost , must say the guys were exceptionally polite and helpful , pleased the car is sold but in all it took over aweek emails and photos and hanging about not knowing what’s really happening! Wouldn’t sell this way again

No wi fi / phone signal !/ Or tv signal

No wi fi , mobile non existent, had two days as I was in a forward journey couldn’t book a forwarding destination / booking , walked up to reception closed but was told sone one would book my forward journey site . This was 10.00 told to be at the office at 11.30 parked at barrier . 10 mins office closed . Had two vehicles behind me , then realised I wasn’t given a fob to exit , worst experience I’ve had tv non existent, 4G non existent could have been on a desert island ! Not for Me !! Site lovely beach great, shame they are in the dark with technology!

Well the company can as I asked cancel my breakdown cover . So far two weeks on it’s not been done . Not impressed

I can see from your policy that we've been trying to ring you to get this cover removed and emailed you on 3rd April 2025 asking you to let us know when was best to call again.

Please check your emails from us (and in your Junk folder) and let us know when's best to call.

We can call around 9am, 1pm and 5pm Monday to Friday, please bear in mind we may not receive your response straight away, as we do receive them in strict contact order.

After 3 years trying all foods cooking…

After 3 years trying all foods cooking chicken trying to satisfy my lovely girls picky eating .
I can honestly say I am completely gob smacked . She is a different dog loves her food so far empty bowls every time . My life is so much easier too . It’s a win win .
Highly recommend trying ! It could be the answer to your feeding nightmares,

Well I was away when the installation…

Well I was away when the installation took place . I understand the engineer had trouble drilling the wall to feed his cable . All the old cables from your previous installation ,were left in situ . As this is now obsolete why is it left in an untidy fashion kinda tangled up with the new just layed out around the floor in a mess .the interior wall had hand marks just left clear to see . On inspection outside the drill has passed through the wall breaking a bigger pice of the exterior . While I can understand these things can happen. Surely a small pot of filler would have done the job but just to leave it slaps of not caring
Attention to tidying up the area youve messed up wiping down hand marks clearly visible on internal wall . Tidying up the cables new and old would have resulted in a five star review but not when I see my home disrespected very disappointed . I’ve cleaned down the wall have a photo the querying I’ve sorted out to a better appearance outside wall I’ll get some filler all of 10 mins work , the lot so it should have been done Gordon Toulouse

Well out of what you would expect

Car delivered . Curbed wheels x2 blown wheels around hub caps . Paint chip through to u/c . Told to take it and re arrange a day to bring back and have the re wheel refurbishment work done .paint chip on bonnet a pen was suggested . This car without any doubt was sent for delivery sub standard . And knowingly sold as immaculate . Returned , refund promptly. View before you buy . Interpretations of condition surprisingly differ from a buyer to a seller . I would definitely not recommend due to my experience.

Dear Mr Toulouse, Firstly I wanted to apologise on behalf of Norman Motors for us not presenting the car that we sold you to your standards. It is quite rare for us to receive a 1* review. We sell in access of a 1000 cars a year and in the vast majority of cases people are very happy with what we do. However we recognise that we are only ever as good as our next sale. As such I personally investigate any negative reviews we receive. Having thoroughly inspected the vehicle in question and the sales process. I don't necessarily 100% agree with all of your points. I genuinely feel it is in excellent condition for it's age and mileage (9 years old/ 58,000 miles). However I do agree that there were a couple of marks on the alloys and that we have could have presented them better (which we offered to rectify). Distant sales requires a lot of trust from both parties and if a customer is not happy with something then we are always happy to return/refund quickly and efficiently. I have said in previous reviews that whilst it is lovely to receive glowing reviews it is also there to allow customers to give genuine feedback. Once again please accept our apologies.
