What a hassle!! Purchased gift cards...had to register which took 24 hours before you can actually spend them...then to be informed a further 48 hours of waiting is needed due to security checks...after dishing out all requested details via email as requested including pictures of giftcards and receipts, I have since been blanked and ignored and am still no further forward and unable to spend the giftcards as planned. Absolute disgrace and currently £500 down..joke! Will not be purchasing these again.

1 star they don't deserve! Sofa ordered and paid for in full January totalling £4100. Emails, calls, visits to the store, nothing but empty promises and lies from both harveys and Bensons for beds who are supposedly honouring orders (again lies!)😡. Sitting on the floor with 2 small children after getting rid of old sofa when a delivery date was promised. Only to then be told they don't even have the sofa its not even in the country as suppliers are over seas🤦‍♀️. Even if the sofa arrived tomorrow I'm at the point where looking at it would only remind me of the stress this whole situation has caused. Greedy, thieving scum! Taking peoples hard earned money to not even an honest response in return. A hard lesson learned if nothing else.

From the minute we walked into the shop the lovely Denise was there to give us her advice and help in finding exactly what we needed, a lovely chat and a latte later we left very happy with our purchase and at such a good price too. Thanks again Denise.

Easy switch, and reasonable price fix for 2 years lovely lady on customer services who couldn't be more helpful, such bad past experiences with other companies definitely recommend!

Absolute con!Very misleading in the respect that it makes you believe your receiving discounts and free credit when in actual fact you've signed up for £35 to be taken from your bank on a monthly basis! If I wanted to buy shoes I would buy them there and then I don't need the money to be taken from my bank to push me into it...be careful!!
