Lovely items, let down by the service.

I ordered some items for my Daughter 17.04.2020, at the time it said a 10 day delay on orders due to Covid-19. Order marked as dispatch on Wednesday 27.04.2020. Tracking wouldn't track and no email responses.


If you cannot keep up with the volume of orders with the staff you have then you should close, things like this damage a reputation.

Not sure i'd use again. *Order did finally arrive 05.05.2020.

Only disappointment was that is was a surprise present and there was no option to mark as gift at checkout. So the recipient got the receipt in the parcel.

OL200221630840 - ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL

Order above placed on Friday afternoon for my friend and I to holiday to Lanzarote.

Customer service called to say holiday price had gone up - explained I would need to speak with my friend regarding the price as that was our budget.

Then rang back to say that we wanted a FULL refund. No refund given, said we'd entered the contract already which WE had not. I needed to speak to my friend to confirm. No confirmation given.

I have emailed and had no response, the customer services rep was rude and DID NOT want to speak with my Brother to explain that we wanted a refund, not to pay extra for a holiday misadvertised.

My refund NEEDS to be processed ASAP.

Happy with my items. Parcels need to be packaged more securely though. Package ripped open on receiving and a shoddy job of trying to tape it together.

A real hidden gem in the heart of Lancashire. A lovely selection of lingerie, nightwear and hats.

The real gem though is Justine. It's not always comfortable getting your clothes off in front of a random stranger. She was knowledgeable, listened to what I did/didn't like and I have walked away with some gorgeous pieces.

They have the perfect selection of comfortable, sexy and pretty underwear.

Super service. Ordered a pair of Soludos espadrilles from their own site, they arrived after alot of hassle. Ordered my replacement pair from Revolve, service was impeccable and the shipping was faultless. Arrived quickly and packaged properly.

Doesn't deserve one star!

Complained numerous times regarding not being able to use my internet a it will not connect or is just intermittent. Absolutely no help whatsoever.

Wasn't informed I was out of contract so charge a higher rate.

Used live chat and the customer services rep didn't help me, wasn't listening to what I was saying and just tried to SELL, SELL, SELL. I need help getting a good connection, not a new product.
