This has been the worst online shopping…

This has been the worst online shopping experience, I’ve had, and particularly disappointing, as I thought that this was a prestigious retailer.

I have waited over a month for a small item that I ordered ( with a delivery charge of approx £5).

I’ve found it impossible to get through to customer services, and the response I received when I emailed was not appropriate to my complaint.
I responded again to inform The Conran Shop of this, and received no further communication. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Communication regarding returning bins.

The delivery of my bins was efficient, however, I have found the communication since to be poor. I unfortunately ordered incorrect sizes.
I followed the instructions for arranging a return and completed the online form. Frustratingly, I received no acknowledgment from
brabantia that the form was received, or any instructions about the next step. I did however, receive an email asking for my feedback.

I had to return my purchase as it was…

I had to return my purchase as it was incorrect size. I was able to speak to staff very easily and the return process was extremely efficient!
One of the best return experiences during Covid.

I have had a very good online shopping…

I have had a very good online shopping experience with Coggles. I’m very pleased with my purchase, which is exactly what I ordered. The delivery experience, with Royal Mail postage was highly efficient. After placing my order, I did make a call to customer services to check that my size was in stock, The member of staff I spoke to, Alan, was hugely helpful. Thank you!
