Good renting car

I did not had issues renting from this company. The only a bit negative was I don’t think MG are good cars and they have lots of them in their fleet. Also there was a leather saloon (or similar) and in Melbourne it was 30+ degrees so my t-shirt was constantly wet. But still, great service, the car was not perfect but was good.

The support was very good

The support was very good. They assisted me from the beginning till the end.
As I needed to send imprint from Bulgaria to UK it was a bit more difficult.
I ordered earplugs. Unfortunately they did not help me as much as I expected. Also I found them a bit harder than what I consider comfortable.
Nevertheless it’s a good product. No earplugs can isolate all the noise so I think they provide a good level of isolation.

Trustworthy partner in adventure crimes

We travel many times a year to different destinations and Booking is our best partner in this.
In one of the last trips, to the Azores, I was so amazed by Booking - we booked 3 different hotels (we were moving), 1 rent a car and a in between islands flight all via Booking. This way I could see a timeline of everything in my profile, soooo easy.

Pending payment for months and very slow communication

I have 2 claims that are approved and pending payment. The email said it will be around 5-10 business days for the payment to happen. It has been months now and they don't answer my emails.
The claim communication also was extremely slow.
I made my insurance through Battleface.

Happy so far

I am employed at my company via Remote for 11 months already. I like Remote platform because it's very easy to use and intuitive. I don't like that they pay me on the 15th of the month but I got used to that.

I cannot use my jacket

I got a locker on the Jacket I received from an online order. Those that are usually placed in Shops so you do not steal the jacket.
I wrote to support to help me remove it however for almost 10 days I have no response.
