Harriet in customer services has been great. She's recommended trying a smaller size which I have done for free (the comfort bras I ordered originally are slightly too big in the back for my cup size so can't really wear the bras out and about but very comfy at home, sadly the smaller size fit my back better but too small in the cup). She's recommended the fuller support bra but at slightly more, I can't justify the spend right now. May try these in due course.

Ellis was so knowledgeable about the various products on offer and was very courteous and helpful. The blinds were measured and advised on with no fuss and we had them just 3 weeks later. Great value for money and very happy with the finished products.

Great style trousers but no stretch in the legs... recently bought the sparkly zigzag trousers which are so comfy and flattering so was hoping these would be the same but not the same material so at size 16, these are very tight on legs...will need to lose some weight! Delivery and service though are great.

Great quality barstools at a good price. They arrived quickly. Unfortunately I ended up sending them back as the colour looked a bit too dark for what I wanted. The returns process couldn't have been easier and the customer service was excellent, a real person, polite, helpful and they arranged the return on a day to suit me. Excellent! I'll definitely use them again.

Great, easy no problems. Remembered my details. Only complaint was that the movie offer was confusing as I thought 2 for 1 would apply to a whole family booking, not just one free ticket.

Delivery after a few days but jacket sent back last Friday, waiting on refund (now Tuesday) which will hopefully come soon.

Really lovely quality beds: bought mid sleeper with steps and carpet and high sleeper with ladder. Arrived on time and great communication with us from the point of order. Slight confusion over whether they were building the beds or we were but delivery men helpful and courteous. Highly recommended product and service. Kids are very happy! Lovely touch of little goody bag for the kids (a few party bag type bits with a little note to the kids about their beds, such a sweet, thoughtful addition). Thanks to all at kidsfuntimebeds.
