Harriet in customer services has been great. She's recommended trying a smaller size which I have done for free (the comfort bras I ordered originally are slightly too big in the back for my cup size so can't really wear the bras out and about but very comfy at home, sadly the smaller size fit my back better but too small in the cup). She's recommended the fuller support bra but at slightly more, I can't justify the spend right now. May try these in due course.
