I set up an autopay on my account, then changed the amount weeks before the due date. They drew the original amount not the changed amount. I phoned as soon as I saw the error, the day after the payment and they insisted that I must have changed the amount after the payment. That is just the most recent and most egregious of their faults.
The service is exactly as advertised. It's quick and efficient (even allowing for a system issue and tablet reboot in the middle), the people are friendly, the price is fair and the money is in my account. What's not to like?

I am really pleased to be using Pandle for my new company. It is intuitive, easy to use, does everything I need it to and is free. Also the support is excellent. There are really good articles covering almost everything and if the articles don't give you the information you need, the online chat is outstanding. I had a response from Henry within moments when I submitted a question this morning.

DO not use these people! I signed up six days before my medication was due. Before I signed up I had no indication that there would be any delays. After I signed up (which I actually did by mistake thinking that I was just ordering a repeat in the normal way) I was told by a display on the website that there would be an unspecified delay while they checked my identity. Now it is the day after my medication was due. My GP can't re-issue the prescription to another pharmacy until Echo cancels, so I am sitting on an endless call trying to get them to cancel. And it's all done through the NHS website and under the NHS branding.

Thank you for leaving us this review and I am so sorry that you have had this experience and delay with your account and medication.
We always advised our patients to request their medication 7-10 days prior to running out of medication and if you are setting up and account, we would suggest this is done at least 2 weeks prior in order to avoid any delays.
If you are able to, you can also action any non-dispensed prescriptions on your account to be released so that you can collect them locally by going to "Help" and then "I need my medication sooner". Here you will be given some further options that may help.

We arranged a birthday present for our 4 year old granddaughter in the United States. The order was placed on 27th September with $25 for express delivery and Boden guaranteed (there is a web chat to prove it) that it would be delivered on 1st October at the latest. By 3rd October when there was no show we phoned and they said their system had failed because our billing address is in the UK (Seriously, in 2019 their system can't deal with a delivery in one country and payment in another!) They said how sorry they were and undertook to deliver it express within 2 days. But it was only dispatched 2 days later for delivery on 10th. They say they don't know why and they are very sorry! In my view $30 credit on the account is pathetic compensation. We will definitely never buy anything from Boden again.
I had great help from Carmen Webster in a complicated and tedious process of "porting" numbers from another service provider. In this, as in all other aspects of the service I have had from them, 2 Circles have been excellent.

Our Black Russian Terrier likes the extra extra large wicker dog basket so much that she stays in it in the kitchen instead of coming to sit with us in front of the television. That's lucky because it is the only available basket big enough for her. It is beautifully made and arrived promptly as promised. I could ask for nothing more.
