Item was never dispatched and never received a refund after asking for one. I had to file a claim with paypal in order to eventually get the money back.

First person to turn up was unable to do so due to the equipment in his van being faulty. I called the customer service line on 4 occasions to rebook and was on hold for over 2 hours each time before giving up to try again another day. I was finally refunded for the first attempt after a week. Second attempt was super quick hence giving 2 stars rather than one

Very slow delivery, then my order was deleted from my account so I was unable to contact customer services. Their ticket service works from drop down menus so deleted orderes can't be complained about. Had to complain to the company running the payment system and get them to get me a replacement key. Add this to the many other stories of being scammed and add in the fact that many of these keys were likely bought with stolen credit cards and itmakes you wonder how companies like this exist
