Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Waited 2 weeks for treatment which was stuck at "Review". Called and waited 20 minutes to speak with someone who then put me on hold for 20 minutes whilst they were checking my notes.
I cancelled and will go elsewhere.

Boiler has been down since Monday (Now…

Boiler has been down since Monday (Now Thursday) and I'm still waiting. I've already paid the £95 Excess and I've just been told I need to pay a £150 strip down of the boiler cause it wasn't recently serviced, apparently hidden in page 12 of the T&C's so I should have known.
The engineer that was out yesterday said what part it needed and it would be an hours work. Said he'd be here at 8:30am next day, he wasn't.

They know I have a 9 month old baby and a 5 year old and being hit with these unexpected bills is shocking!! The engineer did not mention a strip down!!

Another way for them to make a quick buck!!!

Their results are not true.

Fakespot are stating that 90%of my Amazon product reviews are fake!! I don't know how this could have such a ridiculous score as Amazon would have shut the listing down if this were the case.

The vast majority of reviews are from "Verified Purchase" buyers.

Making companies look bad for no reason. Ridiculous!

Terrible

Terrible, parcel has been sitting in their warehouse for 3 weeks. No contact from them telling me what I need to do/provide.
I've called 10+ times and told just to wait. This was a 3 day delivery and costing my business £££

Parcel has been sitting in a warehouse…

Parcel has been sitting in a warehouse for 12 days. What was meant to be a 3 day shipment is well over 2 weeks. No contact from UPS. I've called 5 times and no one gets back to me.
This if for my business and it is really hurting.

Terrible

Terrible, says I wasn't in and left a slip through my door. They must have knocked instead of ringing the doorbell as I took the day off to make sure I was available for the parcel, and heard nothing.

Said they would try again the next day, they didn't.

Called 3 days later to ask where my parcel was and was told they would re deliver in 2 days time, they didn't.

Have now re scheduled for another delivery by calling up customer serviced, their app is useless.

I'm not holding my breath.

Award for "Most difficult Host to transfer from"

Oh man, if there was an award for "Most difficult Host to transfer from" One.com would win top prize.

At the time of writing this, I'm still waiting on the transfer of my domain to Google Hosts. One.com say they've done their part and Google say they are still waiting one One.com to change ISP TAG details.

I'm on day 3 of the attempted domain transfer and was giving them the benefit of the doubt.

I though "Maybe Google are taking their time?", so I initiated another .co.uk transfer from another host to Google to see how long it would take.

Answer = under an hour.

Yes, under an hour and I didn't need to provide copies of my passport, drivers licence, DNA sample. Nor did I have to print out a form from the 90s, sign it and email it in. It was automated and completed in the input of new TAG and click of a button.

Reason for leaving One.com?
Prices as follows for THE SAME SERVICE.
2017 - £24.96
2018 - £27.84
2019 - £37.62
2020 - £52.60
2021 - £65.12

The quality of the services over the years has been OK, but purely due to the transfer fiasco, I won't be recommending one.com to anyone anymore, which I often did.

I'll update of/when my transfer is completed.

Postal Roulette!!

It's basically a gamble whether the parcel will arrive or not.
I started a business that required me posting out products to customers. I sent 9 parcels with Hermes, 3 never arrived and 1 parcel arrived but the contents were missing.
Been using Royal Mail since and not had 1 issue.

Bought my first pair of Skechers in…

Bought my first pair of Skechers in July 19 that set me back £40 (apparently from £59).
Liked the look of them and they were very comfortable.
Unfortunately after only 2 months intermittent use, the soles became worn and very slippery on hard floors and wet paving, no grip what so ever and very dangerous. The memory foam on the inside lost its bounce and became flat.

£40 well and truly waisted. I'll never buy another pair of Skechers again.
