I received a terrible service from Pat a Manager at Cousin who insisted I needed to provide evidence of residency at the delivery address. I told him that this was nonsense. He even Sent me an email while I was in the shop as he had verbally requested that I sent him the proof. He was clearly up to now good as he did not start in the email that he wanted evidence of residency at the delivery address I told him that I am entitled to buy something for someone and have it delivered to them. Eventually he completed the Finance application which was immediately approved. I was made to feel like a criminal.

I have since contacted this manager via Email requested The height of the mattress I am purchasing. Several days of past and I’ve had no response. In future, I would seriously consider purchasing items elsewhere.

I received an excellent service from Gerry. He was very professional patient and explained everything to my satisfaction. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone.
