Very happy customer…

I was very impressed by the way my delivery of 40 bags was stacked neatly in the car port, I was out when delivered but very happy with the coal and the proffesionism in how it was delivered, definitely continue my orders with them.

Love the fact my monthly meds are delivered direct to my home, just wish they could be delivered a bit faster from point of ordering, otherwise very happy with the service provided.

Terrible company

Terrible company, appalling customer service, if you can get hold of someone, they never answer emails, after 5.5 months of arguing and fighting, eventually got a full refund as I threatened legal action. DO NOT USE THEM. No an automatic refund was Not issued after 18 weeks, each week there after we put in refund requests, and Yes I did sufest legal action if the refund was not made, which it eventually did after 23 weeks, I would not recommend you to anyone.

After looking into your daughter's account, we can confirm that once the course reached the 18-week mark, a refund request was automatically accepted and processed as per our policy. We want to assure you that there was no threat of legal action, and we did not dispute or argue against the refund. Our aim is always to provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.

We value factual feedback and appreciate your perspective. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to assist you.

May I add, we take over 5000 bookings each year and refund less than 5% of bookings. Every refund we provide is due to delays or circumstances out of our control. One thing we can agree on is the call centre here is massively busy. We are an office of 11 full time staff and 1 part time member. We are working harder than anyone can imagine helping bring down the waiting times for driving tests. And we feel the frustration you do. We have only 1 provider of driving tests in the UK. This service is disrupted by nearly 2 years of intermittent lock down and 3 examiner strikes aimed at causing maximum disruption on the service. And yes, it is us who gets the review when your course does not start, end, or even go ahead due to these reasons. Sadly, we have no control over what some people have to say on review sites. Here are some facts from us in the hope to bring some balance to an otherwise one-sided perspective.

• Total number of bookings 2023 (to date) – 3939
• Total number of refunds 2023 (to date) – 239
• Total number of courses cancelled 2023 (to date) – due to no balance payment - 371
• Total number of courses awaiting theory results 2023 (to date) – 190
• Total number of courses postponed awaiting further customer information – 371
• Total number of successful courses so far in 2023 - 2768
• Total number of trading standards forced refunds in 2023 (to date) – 0

first time home schooler for my 14…

as a first time home schooler for my 14 year old this site has just about everything i need to follow the curriculum. could maybe do with some simpler explanations for my child to understand, other than that my child is doing well,.
