They won't allow edits to my reservation
I rented a car through this service for my trip to Milan in June.
As my inbound flight time changed slightly, I tried to change the car pick up time. Note that the change request is of just 1 hour.
When I try to edit my reservation online, I only get the option to cancel it and make a new one. I got in touch with customer support, and they told me the exact same thing.
This is a joke, and I'm going to place an official complaint with the European consumer center if my request is not fulfilled within the end of next week.
