I rented a car through this service for my trip to Milan in June.

As my inbound flight time changed slightly, I tried to change the car pick up time. Note that the change request is of just 1 hour.

When I try to edit my reservation online, I only get the option to cancel it and make a new one. I got in touch with customer support, and they told me the exact same thing.

This is a joke, and I'm going to place an official complaint with the European consumer center if my request is not fulfilled within the end of next week.

We used this service to purchase access tickets to the Duomo of Siena, mainly to skip the line.

Not only the ticket price was considerably higher than the regular price you would get at the reservation office, but we still had to stay in line to redeem the ticket.

This is a scam, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

The treadmill broke less than two months after purchase, apparent engine overload.

When we got in touch with the technical support, they told us they were not able to send someone to repair it, nor collect it and replace it, but that they were only able to send the piece to replace (in this case the engine) along with detailed instructions to replace it ourselves.

The piece was indeed shipped and arrived before Xmas, but the box it came with had a huge hole, big enough to fit one hand, and no instructions. We're still not sure if anything was stolen from inside the box, since we got no reply when we complained about this last week, and we have no idea how to replace the engine. Basically, we're stuck with a treadmill that is not working, and even if we wanted to take a loss and get rid of it we would have to pay for a skip.

Highly defective items, and non existent support. NOT RECOMMENDED IN THE SLIGHTEST.

I purchased a servis dishwasher a couple of years ago. It suddenly stopped working conveniently right after the warranty ended. I decided to call the support and they sent an "engineer" to diagnose the issue, letting me know I would be charged €75 for the call, seen as the dishwasher was not under warranty. Fine, as long as it is fixed, I thought. Only, the engineer was not able to understand what the issue was, so he randomly tried something and let me know that I should have to wait a couple of hours to test if it worked. Then he took his €75 and left. Of course, he fixed nothing and I had to call the service again cause he refused to come again to my house on the day we agreed on. Understandably, I asked for another engineer, someone more professional, but the rude representative at the phone told me he is the only one available in the area and would not let me speak to a supervisor. Now I am still waiting for this genius engineer to call me back, and it has been one hour since my last call. DO NOT PURCHASE SERVIS PRODUCTS! IF THEY BROKE THEY WON'T BE ABLE TO FIX THE ISSUE AND THEIR SERVICE IS AWFUL!
