Boxt as a Company is fine

Boxt as a Company is fine. No issue there. Why the 2 stars rating then? Because the people they employ and namely, their lack of care about people's belonging. The guy that checked the boiler seemed like a good guy however, I did not appreciate his disregard to his surroundings. He had plenty of space on the floor to put his dirty bag of tools and some sheets of papers full of dust but he decided to lay them out on the whole bed and since it's a spare room, everything was clean and untouched. Smudged the pillowcases, duvet and sheets. I would have liked him to show some appreciation and be considerate of it. Other than that, all went fine.

Great company

Good prices, very good reward system which had me back for over £500 in spending and generally a good selection of liquids. Will definitely come back for more. Their customer service was fantastic when I needed it and very hasty in solving the issue. I hope to be meet with the same enthusiasm next time something goes wrong!

I applaud these guys for delivering damaged items to me, 3 times in a row. You normally hear stories about other companies being the worst, the popular ones, but I've never experienced, in my years of online shopping, a company so good at delivering damaged items, one after another. I've fallen out with a company due to these cowboys. 1st one damaged, replacement damaged, 2nd replacement again, damaged. What's wrong with you. The driver was stepping on customers parcels to get to mine. When pointed out, he said he doesn't care as they are overworked anyway.

Not accurate.

I don't know how they make glasses but their gold plus package which should be 1.6 index lens, not even 1.67 like other places that have a 4 tier package, comes in a thickness larger than 1.56 index. First and last time I'm ordering from them. They either have a very weird lens index which is completely different than other websites out there or they messed up my order. Either way, I've send them an email and still waiting for their reply.

We have confirmed that the lenses were made with 1.60 index lenses. Lens thickness can be affected by several factors such as the lens diameter of the frames and the prescription power. With your current prescription as well as the frames you have chosen we can see that the lenses should be at around 4.8mm thick.

Just received an email with the following "Flat 50% Off Sitewide!! Dooms Day Clock At 90 Seconds?"
Who uses those words, "Dooms day clock" to advertise something? Who in their right mind take it as a joke? Are the people sending these emails slightly mental?
I sure am not a snowflake that gets offended so easily but this took me by surprise. After this I will sure not use them again. Sounds like a joke company.

Worst service provided by a retailer so far. I don't write reviews when i have a bad experience but it's happened twice with 2 orders in one week. Both messed up with deliveries for next day which again, i paid for it. Because of this, last time and this time, i had to postpone my work for a whole week. Their despatch team must be ran by a kindergarden. It's not possible to mess up twice...

They advertise free delivery on orders…

They advertise free delivery on orders over 49.99 but do they take their time...Unless ofcourse you pay their overpriced delivery rate. My order was placed on 23rd nov and it's still processing as of today showing that it will be delivered on 3rd dec. I do get the whole blackfriday thing and it must be busy but putting aside the customers that chose a free, no rush option just because they haven't paid extra for the delivery it's gross. Reading some of the reviews i got the feeling that they care for their customers but that's probably the case when you pay extra.
Very poor experience this time.
