I applaud these guys for delivering damaged items to me, 3 times in a row. You normally hear stories about other companies being the worst, the popular ones, but I've never experienced, in my years of online shopping, a company so good at delivering damaged items, one after another. I've fallen out with a company due to these cowboys. 1st one damaged, replacement damaged, 2nd replacement again, damaged. What's wrong with you. The driver was stepping on customers parcels to get to mine. When pointed out, he said he doesn't care as they are overworked anyway.

Your feedback has been forwarded to the depot manager for investigation to prevent any similar occurrences in the future. Regarding the driver's behavior, please rest assured that this will be thoroughly investigated. The drivers' performance will be reviewed, and appropriate re-training or disciplinary action will be taken.

Furthermore, we kindly advise you to contact your supplier directly regarding the damage item.
