Once again, the bell on my gatepost wasn't rung to summon me. I noticed later that the package had been put in next door's garden so was able to stretch over the wall to retrieve it (as could anyone else). It was a sealed waterproof plastic bag with fabric goods inside that could just as easily have been thrown over or pushed through the bars of my gates, which bear the name of my house, and into my secure yard rather than wrongly delivered to an unsafe place. Specially as next door is unoccupied. Had the package been small enough to put in the outside letter box next door, I would have lost my goods as the locked box is not being checked. Terrible service but no option other than to put up with this courier as it's what M&S force us to use. I usually try to avoid vendors using Evri but I will likely have a similar experience later this week with an order of fleeces from Millets. T020XA0139017263.

Ordered cat litter in the past and decided to set up an account in order to benefit from offers. Payment 'unsuccessful'. 1 card, 2 cards, 3 cards later, cleared cache and cookies, accepted 3rd party cookies and turned off my ad blocker. So after mining masses of personal data from me (and my cat), still 'unsuccessful'. Main card used about 10 minutes before with Animed no problem and £200+ left in my account. Help chat useless. In the end I just went and got Prime free next day delivery from Amo, using my usual card that PAH didn't like. Even with the PAH first order discount, there was only a difference of £3. Frankly, don't have time to mess round trying to place an order 'unsuccessfully' and very annoyed at the amount of my personal data they now have their system.

... as I was a Natusan wheat customer until it closed down. Someone commented on their Facebook page about Tippaws, so I thought I'd try it.
It's not like either of the Natusan offerings and I would say it's most like Cat's Best in appearance and behaviour. The clumps are quite soft. They are scoopable, but unless you're in there quite fast, if puss comes back and has a dig round, then the clumps tend to break up and you're left with quite a bit of a sawdusty consistency in the tray, which tracks quite badly. I know there's a tracking mat available for £, but I didn't have one with the previous litter because I didn't actually need one!
I bought 2 sacks to try out and they lasted not much more than 6 weeks, and I had a tray with the last of my Natusan out as well. I have only 1 cat at present.
I also bought Catsan Natural to try out when Natusan disappeared, and that is much closer to the wheat. Although I hate to buy from Mars, it's the better offering IMO.
If Tippaws can come up with something approaching the old Natusan wheat recipe, I'd be first in the Q to buy, but afraid the current Tippaws is not for us sadly.
On the plus side, I bought one of the scoops as well, which has quite small holes and it's perfect for the Catsan Natural!

Sitting at my laptop... 10.29 I get an email telling me they tried to deliver and failed. 20 seconds later the bell on my front gate rings. I leg it down the drive to see a van reversing away. Fortunately some waving of arms stopped it and I got my parcel, although the guy looks a bit cross because he has to get out of his van in the rain to get it for me, all the while fiddling with his phone. What is the point of logging a failed delivery before even ringing my bell? 10.31 email arrives confirming delivery with a link asking me rate the delivery. Link doesn't work.

When I buy online, if I have a choice, I usually don't go with a seller that uses Evri because they are so poor. It's the dishonesty about trying to make it look like they attempted a delivery when they haven't which really gets me. Give me Royal Mail any day.

After I tried the wheat, I found having 3 trays of that, the regular and Cat's Best (which he was using at his rescue place), my elderly puss seems to prefer the wheat. From my perspective, it also tracks the least of the 3 and produces really tight clumps that are easy to lift with no breakages. (If you miss one and leave it too long, it will tend to adhere to the tray and need a bit of hacking off but I tend to pick out whenever I spot one). My poor old puss has some digestive issues and sometimes produces some splats, but the wheat copes with these very well also,
I managed to find a 10% coupon to soften the blow, but the litter really does last a long time if you are fastidious about picking it out. I would never revert to the clumping clay I had with my previous cats.

I had a coupon for 5% or 10% off. I put it in, the on screen message said it was accepted. But I didn't check the price has changed and only when I came to review the order after I'd paid I found that the discount wasn't applied. If you don't take coupons, just be up front about it, and certainly don't display messages indicating it's been accepted if it hasn't.
I usually give 5 but this has really annoyed me. I recall it's happened before as well.

I get Royal Canin Renal every month for my elderly puss. It's the best price and doesn't mislead like some other places by showing a ridiculously high RRP to make it look like there is a huge discount. Also periodically get Easipill bucket for cats, better price than ebay or Amo.
Delivery is usually within 3-4 working days, full tracked. The DHL guy beeps at my front gates and manhandles the heavy box into my wheelbarrow for me for trundle up to the house. I hope Animed never opt to use Hermes.

Best price for my Royal Canin Renal monthly order. (Other sites are only slightly more but show a ridiculous RRP so it looks like you're getting a bargain, which is misleading. Animed don't do this.) Normally in stock. Dispatched within a day and arrives within 3-4 days via DHL (the best courier IME).

Standard footpath signs that I had to buy as the council aren't putting them up adequately. I got a discount because Microsoft found me some coupons. They arrived quickly with all the little screws.

My friend said the flowers were lovely. Delivered by DPD with a pic of them at my friend's front door. I live 200 miles away but I was able to check on Google maps that this was actually her front door and was confident that the flowers were delivered correctly. The confirmation emails are a bit confusing as they read that the delivery will be to the orderer and I had to double check that I hadn't made a mistake during ordering,

Ordered my special renal cat food and 30 bar tub of easypill. All in stock and delivered within 3 working days by DHL. Best price for the food I need. Animed doesn't show wildly inflated and misleading "RRP"s. The easypill is 25% cheaper than Amazon.

Ordered Friday arrived Monday morning via DPD. I ordered wheat to try it out. It seems to be harder pellets, about half way between the Natsan regular, which is quite sawdusty IMO, and the larger pelleted Cats Best. My cat seems to prefer the firmer Cats Best, which tracks more than I like, so I'm hopeful he will like this.

Driver arrived at 2 sets of gates. Mine bear the name of my house in large gold letters yet he still tried to deliver next door. I was in the garden and approached to ask if the parcel was for me and he said "no next door and I was just about to ring your bell to see if you would take it". Then he noticed it was for my house and handed it over. If it had been smaller, he would have put it in next door's outside post box. This is bad because next door are away in another country for 3 years with their mail being forwarded and their post box is rarely checked by relatives. Driver was nice enough but careless.

I used to use Animed for Royal Canin for my late Maine Coon a couple of years ago, so I resurrected my account when I adopted an elderly moggie with stage 3 kidney disease, whose food of choice is RC Renal. I'm doing ad hoc orders until I work out exactly how much he's eating. Both orders to date arrived within 3-4 days and in good condition, with DHL tracking. The price is the best I can find either online or in store. Availability can be a bit hit and miss with chicken being OOS for a couple of weeks, but my cat seems to like the beef and fish. Will continue to use.

Usual service from the courier formerly known as Hermes. Tracking tells you it's out for delivery today and 10 minutes later it's updated to advise it's been delayed. And it stays delayed for a week. Required chasing with the retailer for them to poke Hermes to release and deliver. Which they did by chucking it over the gate into my garden without even ringing the bell to see if I was in. I try to avoid retailers using Hermes, because I've never had a delivery from them without a problem with delays, or they lie about trying to deliver when at the supposed time I was standing in the yard in site of my gate, or they chuck the goods around in several cases damaging them.

So after a morning in the garden yesterday in sight of my front gate Hermes tracking tells me they tried to deliver at 13:52. I think that's a porkie. But they'll try again next working day so I have to wait in again today. 15 mins before the 2 hour slot (which starts at 16:30), I am in my front room, all lights blazing, so I can see when they arrive. After ~30 mins, I check the tracking and it tells me they tried to deliver at 16:22 but I was not in. Another porkie. My contract is with the retailer not Hermes, so I've followed up with them, and waiting for a reply. And now I have to wait in for another day as they are allegedly going to deliver tomorrow 13/2/22. That will be the 3rd and final attempt then I have to start trying to get a refund from the retailer. But the retailer has lost a client as I never knowingly use one that sends its good via Hermes as they have been so dreadful in my experience.

I was hesitant about ordering as the person I contacted via their webchat was quite shirty with me, which I didn't appreciate and it's so unnecessary to clobber potential new clients.
But I did order after a few weeks, on a Sunday, and the bread arrived on Tuesday. The product is not at all bad. The bread has a very slightly different mouth feel, but is light and airy. It was on the moist side and there was a lot of condensation droplets inside the bag, but it could have been a chilled container during transit. The expiry date was a week away. I made sandwiches for lunch and they were fine. I also test-toasted a slice on the Aga and that was OK, although the crust has quite a different texture from ordinary bread and seems to cook a bit faster than the rest of the slice. My butter melted into it nicely and I would happily have it with my bacon and eggs for breakfast. I have frozen the rest and hope it's OK when defrosted.
Yodel is not the best ranked courier in the UK, but I got an email for tracking and the map told me when I needed to get outside and look out for them. Being rural I was concerned that they may deliver elsewhere, as often happens to me, and that KC would do a "not our fault" per some other reviews on here (although, legally, customers enter into a contract with KC not the courier).
I would probably cautiously order again. Frankly, it's the risk of being abandoned should the goods not turn up, and what seems to be rather brusque customer service, rather than the product itself.

First time I've used this company. Ordered small bunch of hyacinths and tulips for a bereaved friend. I had confirmation of next day delivery, and my friend sent me a thankyou text saying that the flowers and scent of the hyacinths was lovely. Would use again.

Awful. They supplied a quote that I accepted then they just went to ground, stringing me along for months. Don't think they ever intended to do the work, and in the meantime I'd burned my boats with others roofers. Avoid.

Ordered a bunch of fleeces online in the sale. Delivery of the lot within 3 days. This time in a nice heavy-duty paper bag instead of plastic. Hope this is a permanent change. The individual items were still in polythene bags.
