Brilliant exchange rate and excellent service. Currency delivered by Royal Mail special delivery on the correct day. Used many times and always a 1st class service.

Service received was absolutely fantastic, ordering was easy and two days later my Canadian dollars were delivered and gave me the best exchange rate on the market at that time. I would certainly use again and recommend to anyone else.

Spoke to a gentleman called Peter this morning who took me through the policy offered - took longer than I thought on the phone ( 35mins ) but hope it will be worth it if I ever have to make a claim on my policy.
Was much cheaper than my quote from British Gas and covered more in this policy than theirs did.
Opted to cover Boiler, heating system including radiators, plumbing, electrical issues for emergency and non emergency. Roof leaks / Replace/repair tiles etc and an annual gas boiler service £285
As I said previously I can’t comment if they are as good as they advertise until a claim has been made and would prefer not to have to claim for a call out.

Ordered perfume for my wife’s birthday and found the best deal with The perfume shop. It was easy to order and arrived in time for my wife’s birthday and informed when it was dispatched for delivery. There was a hold up by Royal Mail with their service but that’s nothing to do with The Perfume Shop.

This review is based on the British Gas homeserve cover we recently took out for a years cover.
We signed up for the cover that included a boiler service, breakdowns and repairs for the heating system and also plumbing and electrical for our house. So pleased we did, our boiler was serviced within a month of signing up, in month two we had a leak from an outlet pipe from our shower on the Friday evening and on Saturday we had a faulty mains cooker switch that was shorting out.
I was dreading a 3rd issue but luckily no other issues. I phoned British Gas at 8am on the Monday morning, believe it or not the plumbing issue was repaired by 10.30am on the same day and an electrician was booked to visit between 8am and 1pm on the next day ( Tuesday )
We were kept up to date with text messages and phone calls as to when the engineers would arrive for the Boiler service, the plumbing issue and the electrical issue. Can’t fault the service. Well Done British Gas.

Our driver did not turn up at the airport overseas for us - contacted Jayride who advised to get a taxi and claim a refund on return to U.K. However, Jayride did not refund saying our driver did turn up and that he phoned us !!!!! Why would I have contacted customer service saying otherwise 🤷‍♂️ pathetic service and wish I’d used my regular service provider Resort Hoppa whom I’ve never had an issue with in the last 10 years “ we live and learn “ the saying goes ! Would not recommend or use again.

Very easy to book using the website, I tried to book with another company before coming across Jayride and failed using theirs.
Jayride had everything booked and confirmed by email within a minute which was excellent.

Just returned from another Jet 2 holiday to Cyprus. Again a first class service from a professional team and the holiday went smooth from start to finish.

Have made bookings using the Jet 2 app on my phone 3 times and always found it easy to navigate and book a holiday. Our experience of previous Jet 2 holidays have always been excellent along with flights, cabin crew, in resort and overseas airport representatives. My only gripe would be that Jet 2 do not offer long haul destinations as we do like to travel further afield and that they no longer offer the service that we experienced on our first Jet 2 holiday ( the check in and chill out service where your cases were collected on your last day of the holiday in the morning, you were checked in, issued with boarding passes and then when you reached the airport for your flight home you went straight to security and departures avoiding the long queues and often chaos at the overseas airport)

Easy to use Jet 2 app to book a holiday. Used the app several times before.

Miele contacted me prior to appointment date and gave me a 2hr calling timeframe.
Engineer called me 30 mins before estimated arrival time.
Arrived on time, fixed the problem and advised me which way to place chopping boards ( stack front to back as opposed to side to side ) which should improve performance and stop the issue arising again.

Easy to use the website with brilliant money saving results within minutes.

Ordered 4 pairs of shoes nearly £400 and paid £7.99 for next day delivery- had an e mail the following day to inform me one pair was now out of stock. The shoes were eventually delivered on day 4, no refund of delivery charge just a code to use in future for a free delivery next time ( won’t be ordering again so won’t use the code !!!
To make matters worse House of Fraiser doesn’t have free returns so cost over another £7 to return kept 1 pair sent two pairs back.
On a positive note the refund back into my account only took a few days.

Placed an order online - got a message in seconds via e mail to inform me the order was being processed and within the hour I received another e mail to say it was processed and then a text message to inform me my order was ready to collect and would be kept for 7 days.
Collected my order the following day no issues.

This is the second electric “Masha” I’ve bought. The first one is still working perfectly however, I intend to send this one to family in Canada ( they will need to use an adapter for use ) after discussing how good it was on a recent holiday visiting them. It makes the smoothest, creamiest mashed potato when adding some butter.
It has other uses like being able to purée baby food and blending soups.

Another set of quality prints and magnets from FreePrints my only disappointment this time was that I forgot to change the finish to Matt instead of Gloss but that was my fault not FreePrints.

Excellent service and good value if you get signed up and get the emails offering anything from 20% to 40% discount.

Just had a very helpful online chat with Allan Tear who answered a few queries I had prior to a purchase of their insurance for a new phone.
