Amazing service. Needed something quickly and the company created, delivered and communicated very efficiently. Will use them again and recommend them. I also loved the product (Guinness glasses for me and my son) at a great price.

Appalling service. Was told parcel would be delivered Saturday. Email on Friday at 08:12 saying it would be delivered between 08:15-10:15 when I wasn’t at home. Online tracker said it was delivered at 09:00. No card. No neighbours who were in all day contacted. No way of contacting them throughout the day by bot, online support or telephone. Utterly appalling and £100 of alcohol has gone missing for the weekend birthday celebrations. What a surprise. Total crooks in the vans.

Great service. Sincere and professional. Got me the best deal in seconds. Even with a short wait and my whining about poor service from E.on the call only took 16 minutes to save £100 per year. Not huge as I don't consume much as I have PV supply on the roof, but definitely worth the time.
