Appalling service and theft

Appalling service. Was told parcel would be delivered Saturday. Email on Friday at 08:12 saying it would be delivered between 08:15-10:15 when I wasn’t at home. Online tracker said it was delivered at 09:00. No card. No neighbours who were in all day contacted. No way of contacting them throughout the day by bot, online support or telephone. Utterly appalling and £100 of alcohol has gone missing for the weekend birthday celebrations. What a surprise. Total crooks in the vans.
