Utrocious all round service aspects and systematically trying to deter you from contacting them to resolve an issue. When they want your money they are quick to take it but any refunds is next to impossible to get. First when you try online chat it is never available. You then have to call and then the options for any other issues is not available. So you end up choosing something you don't want just so that you can at least be able to speak to someone. Of course it happens that dept never deals with it, so you get transferred to another and another and another...each time you have to repeat what you have just said to another person earlier. Of course in the midst of this, you inevitably end up getting cut of and despite checking with them that they have a contact number to call you back on, they never do. So you start again...all the time it is costing you money for your call....I ended upi talking to India, Philipinnes, UK and America for the same issue..a refund. I had informed them to cancel the service...did they? NO. They kept charging me. Then assuming you have kept your patience and managed to resolve a refund, you are told it takes 35 days and a cheque will be issued!!!!!!!!! Yet they insist on direct debit when it comes to taking your money. I spent almost 2.5 hours chatting to 4 different departments and 'customer agents' to hopefully being refunded. I shall give it the time scale they have given me. All in all a really terrible, time delaying tactics and downright horrible company to deal with.
