We always use the TUI Travel agency as…

We always use the TUI Travel agency as it gives peace of mind. The service and patience is wonderful and sometimes you can pick up deals or destinations that may not be in brochures. Plus you can exchange money at the same place. Furthermore we can get advise about boarding passes and have them printed and any particular things we need to be aware of at the country and/or destination. In the unlikely event of issues on the holiday there is a person we can contact to resolve the problems without having to dial and hang on while someone can be contacted.

We purchased an end of range set

We purchased an end of range set. We requested that the fireproof labels that should have been on the labelled before delivery. This wasn't done! So we have to go back to the shop and resolve this.
On purchase the goods should have been set aside and wrapped - they were not and only a plastic sheet covered the set. So when the delivery was made they got a slight soaking as it was pouring down with rain and the delivery drivers did their best to ensure least amount of rain. Again the wrapping should have been done at the store.
When we purchased we were informed we will get a call for delivery as it was straight from the store so maybe a few days. However almost 2 weeks later they arrived due only to the diligence of one good employee who followed up. and sorted this out. Apparently the set were not even marked as sold and therefore customers were sitting on them!!!
In store the set we liked was not even ticked off as last in stock and the salesman spent 15 minutes or so sorting this out and we came to know that we were buying the last in stock. We asked for a better price and though we did get a reduction, I think they could have done better.
So all round shoddy service and business all round. On a positive note the delivery drivers were excellent given the rain when delivering.

From the point of you purchasing the order this should have been moved away or a sold sign put on the sofa to make customers aware this is no longer available and I apologise that this was not done.

our orders are normally sent to the warehouse before delivery so they ca be wrapped before delivery and for some reason this was not done on this occasion. I have passed your review onto the warehouse and store so we can avoid this in the future. I see you have since contacted us to resolve the issue you have been faced with and awaiting a call back from our management, I do hope we can come to a resolution that would be beneficial for you.

I have Virgin Media tv only thank heavens and not mobile or broadband related services. The customer service is appalling!!
Getting through via telephone contact us number - Nightmare!
When you get through - Nightmare (agents have no clue of how to chat to customers)
Online chat - Nightmare - One can wait forever for a response - i just cut off after a forty minute wait
Website assistance and ease of use - Nightmare.

Seriously this company has got major issues and not bothered in the least - as many have mentioned they are after your money - simple as that!

We had an issue with flies

We had an issue with flies suddenly and contacted JG Pest control. Wow prompt and amazing service and not too expensive. Pest Control engineer Simon came,, saw the problem and went out of his way to ensure the problem was eradicated. He was friendly, prompt and provided excellent all round service. They even advised me to wait a few days and not waste money as I panicked a bit when a few flies were hovering around the next day. A truly customer orientated company and reasonably priced too. Well done and keep up the good work.

SMOOTH AND EASY BOOKING

Booked online for a 10 day trip to Cancun, Mexico.
Really smooth transaction and instant too. Received all relevant paperwork within minutes of confirming booking and even when we had a query by telephone, the service and pick-up was quick and prompt. Good prices too. Excellent and will use again. Thank you for a fabulous holiday - this was my first time of booking online so was a bit weary but no need with sunshine.

SMOOTH TRANSACTION

We booked a 9 day parking at APH. Booked online and smooth. Easy to find too as very well signposted.
The drivers assisted loading and unloading the luggage and at reception they knew who we were and very efficient, both upon leaving and arriving. The shuttle to the airport was constant and not too far from the Gatwick. Will use them again. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Called for a last minute Valentine's…

Called for a last minute Valentine's delivery and they were truly helpful and carried out request to perfection. Beautifully arranged flowers delivered to my wife on time and at a competitive price. The lady who answered the phone was delightfully helpful - that's what customer service should be about. Excellent all round. Keep up the good work.

Ordered 5 items and received all is good time as indicated. Prices are competitive and good service of communication when order is placed. Slight downside was when I registered as a new customer, I was supposed to get a discount but the system didn't pull through on this. Hence you may want to register as a new customer before placing order. Products were packed in a secure carton and glad to see it was the original item and not a fake.

This hidden gem in Harrow

This hidden gem in Harrow, NW London is easily bypassed on the high street.
However having found out about it, we have become regular visitors as the food is consistently good..nai excellent.

They have a good choice for veggies and non-veggies, the ambience is good, the service is good and they have a banqueting hall next door for small parties.


We especially love their desserts which have been concocted by their inventive chef....Love the passion fruit tart.....but the others are good too..and best of all the prices won't hurt your pocket.

This Ayurvedic centre in West London is…

This Ayurvedic centre in West London is wonderful. The Shinde doctors (husband and wife team) really care for their patients and both are highly qualified Ayurvedic practitioners. The centre offers a wide range of treatments and health advice to get your body holistically treated. I have absolute trust in them and have been with them since 2016.


In that time I feel far more healthier and fitter, both mentally and physically.


If you are looking for an alternative, holistic and genuinely caring service, advice and being price competitive, I thoroughly recommend Ayurworld.

Utrocious all round service aspects and…

Utrocious all round service aspects and systematically trying to deter you from contacting them to resolve an issue. When they want your money they are quick to take it but any refunds is next to impossible to get. First when you try online chat it is never available. You then have to call and then the options for any other issues is not available. So you end up choosing something you don't want just so that you can at least be able to speak to someone. Of course it happens that dept never deals with it, so you get transferred to another and another and another...each time you have to repeat what you have just said to another person earlier. Of course in the midst of this, you inevitably end up getting cut of and despite checking with them that they have a contact number to call you back on, they never do. So you start again...all the time it is costing you money for your call....I ended upi talking to India, Philipinnes, UK and America for the same issue..a refund. I had informed them to cancel the service...did they? NO. They kept charging me. Then assuming you have kept your patience and managed to resolve a refund, you are told it takes 35 days and a cheque will be issued!!!!!!!!! Yet they insist on direct debit when it comes to taking your money. I spent almost 2.5 hours chatting to 4 different departments and 'customer agents' to hopefully being refunded. I shall give it the time scale they have given me. All in all a really terrible, time delaying tactics and downright horrible company to deal with.
