Not very easy if you don’t do internet banking to upload documents as states balance not correct ????

Inhouse smart meter not working sent photos to prove this waited 3 weeks no response to the email chased and told it with the team!!!! Why not supply a new one????

Lewis Team15F

What can I say moved 1/11/24 but issues with eon next not confirming info to EDF no bills received due to them. Constantly calling EDF to be informed account in credit she couldn’t understand the issue. Finally spoke to Lewis who took charge of the complaint he took a few weeks to resolve with eon next but finally resolved. Absolutely brilliant guy to went the extra mile to sort it all out. Thanks Lewis

Went to look for new sofas Carol was very helpful and knowledgeable. We thought we had decided on which sofa until we went into the nitty gritty of different fillings and how long one would last compared to other sofa. We decided to pick a totally different sofa which was better support. Unfortunately when we went back the following day Carol was off so a lovely young girl assisted with our purchase

Not 1 day delivery and unprofessional delivery

Site stated one day delivery which it was not. Ordered and should have been here on Thursday kept chasing and checking emails and not shipped. When an email did arrive omg they were using Evri. Need I say more. Finally arrived and dumped next to bin and rubbish awaiting collection. No knock on the door or contact from Evri until after the delivery had been made. If I hadn’t gone out to an appointment the binmen would have taken it
