Do not use hermes. they have an option to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in an outhouse, wheather you choose to use this option or not they will take it upon themselves to give your parcel to neighbours or just leave your parcel by the side of the road. it is nigh impossible to talk to anyone about your missing parcel it seems the entire customer service is automated, and when they deliver your parcel to the wrong address the fact that they took a picture to show you the wrong address is acceptable to them and they dont think they need to go back and get your item and deliver it to you. theyve delivered your item to someone so thats acceptable to them.
they are the worst delivery company i have experienced, and the fact that its near impossible to complain makes me believe that they know this.

left parcel on driveway when the option to have the parcel redelivered if not home was selected.

parcel was left by the roadside. i was not asked if it was ok to leave my parcel wher ever they felt like, if i was i would have stated no deliver the item to my house like every other delivery company. i had to get the company that sent the parcel to track the item by which time the parcel had been stolen. my driveway is at least 7 meters long and my parcel was left in arms reach of the road. the most unprofessional delivery company ive experienced.
