So far, I can’t rate them highly enough.

Being able to complete everything online was really helpful to me, I was getting frustrated with other companies saying they needed to call me etc and waiting on those calls, that would take hours!

I completed it all online, looked at my options and chose a DMP. Not even 2 weeks later, I’ve had confirmation it’s setup.

I called yesterday to check progress, the person on the phone was really kind, understanding and supportive when it came to my mental health and vulnerability.

I’m sure there is bumps in the road to come, ie letters from creditors and bad credit, but I know Stepchange will be there to advise me on those if they do.


Overall I’m feeling so much more positive about my debt situation, knowing I have a plan and support to get it paid off AND not rack up more debt!

This solicitors we’re really quick, efficient and worked to my time restraints. Really responsive over email and the phone.

There were a few small costs I thought would have been covered by my mortgage deal which was inclusive of solicitor fees, however I would still use them again, due to how efficient and helpful they were.

The girls in store were super helpful, let me try loads of different things! Would return and would recommend to a friend.

I was seen by Sian, who was so lovely and very supportive. This is my first home and Sian didn't hesitate to explain all of the in-depth detail i needed. I was able to contact Sian anytime of the day using her personal number, which was lovely as i tend to worry a lot!

Once my mortgage offer had been received and approved, i was contacted by Zoe who was equally as excited for me and also very lovely. Zoe was very accommodating to my requested timescales and worked with me around when they would chase the solicitors ect, all round a very personalized process with lots of individual support.

I have had a wonderful experience using we Are Mortgage and will definitely be contacting them when it comes to remortgaging in two years.

I would highly recommend to new home buyers who can benefit from the extra support.
