I had a security warning from my AV software when I tried to download the software. I reached out to customer sevices and Paul suggested I disable the AV temporarily or I could have a refund. I put the download site URL into my AV software and it worked fine. Within a few minutes I had the product installed and activated and all is working fine. So thank you Paul for replying to my email promptly (many companies just ignore you!). I would recommend Softmall as a trusted supplier.

Just purchased a licence key for Microsoft Office 2024 via Groupon at a ridiculously low price. The software downloaded quickly and installation was a breeze as was MS Activation. RC Software have other great offers on their site so well worth a look.

Ordered a set of speakers on line over the bank holiday weekend after hours of research and RS were only retailer to have all items in stock and at a great price. I have previously purchased from them before so confident in ordering again. Was a little worried when they were delivered as one box was damaged but the item was fine. Well pleased with my speakers and RS service including a six year warranty.

First time I've used pcboost but the many 5 star reviews tempted me and proved their worth, even for a few extra pounds over their competitors. I ordered a NAS enclosure and two HDDs at miday on New Years Eve. and was delivered 10am on the 2nd January! Was amazed to find the NAS arrived with the HDDs already installed and appeared to have come from the manufacturer like so. Item was packed well. Well pleased with my purchase and will certainly keep pcboost on my shortlist for similar purchases in the future.

Was concerned as this was a gift of wine to family in a different part of the country but no issues and the wine was delivered intact and within time. Thank you

Great web site, easy to find what you want. Found what I wanted quickly and at a great price. I forgot to apply my discount before ordering so I phoned customer services next morning and a very helpful lady applied it for me. I chose free delivery and item was delivered by DPD the following day which was a Saturday! Item in perfect condition. All in all a perfect on-line transaction. I'm well chuffed with my new AVR and will definitely purchase from this retailer again.

DPD can always be relied on to provide a good friendly service, at least that's been my personal experience over the years.

Theapp works well showing how far away the driver is. Always driver has been helpful in putting the parcel where I needed it. My concern is for the number of deliveries the poor chap has to do. Gone 2pm when he came today and still two thirds of his round to do! You work these guys too hard!

Two weeks and still waiting for delivery. An email sent one week ago - unanswered.

Had my annual check up and only minor change to one eye so kept same glasses. Only negative was the time it took, over an hour! But at least I know my eyesight is good for my age.

Made initial contact by phone, sent photos as requested and got quote back following day. Called again to arrange home appointment which was 3 days away. Kiri and Scott turned up on time and carried out the work as specified. Wheel looks amazing, just like new so pleased to leave positive review. Would definitely recommend Kiri (Kings Lynn).

Very helpful but so much security and taped blurb, what should have been a 5 min call max turned into 16 mins before I got bored and ended the call I did get what I wanted however and Craig was very helpful.
