Lack of Customer Service regarding a complaint.
When I have used this Company in the past, I have been pleased with service. However, this time I wasn’t satisfied with some of the flowers that were clearly not going to last very long and I contacted Customer Service. Despite several emails that I sent I have only received an automated response. Does Customer Service not exist? I am appalled by this lack of customer care and I do not recommend using this company.
